Vår första våningsenhet ligger i Laurel Court med en vacker utsikt över sjön. 2 sovrum, 2 badrum. 6 sovplatser. Steg bort från vår privata pool och stranden. ~ 1100 kvm ft enhet med fullt nyrenoverat kök, skärmad veranda med vacker utsikt över sjön. Parkering precis framför. Enheten är utrustad med GRATIS HiSpeed trådlöst internet, 3 platt-TV. Kingston är en 145 hektar stor gated privat oceanfront resort som har allt på plats, borta från centrala Myrtle men tillräckligt nära för att få tillgång till allt. Sängkläder och avgifter inkluderade i din hyra utan extra kostnad. Vi har solstolar, parasoll, kylare och sandspel för användning under din vistelse.

Great stay, great host

We really enjoyed our time at this location. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and communication from Amy was excellent. The instructions for everything were great as well, including how to get in and out with backup plans, internet and TV connections, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is as described and the owners were great to work with. The location of the condo is steps from the pool and within easy walking distance from the beach. Our family enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to rebook.

Great family trip

Beautiful property. Condo pictures are accurate and the kitchen was well supplied with utensils, plates, etc. Shrt walk to the beach and just a few doors down from a pool. Kingston plantation is a great place for extended family to vacation together and still have space with individual condos. Would definitely stay again.

The place was as advertised. Amy, the owner was fabulous to communicate with as she kept us up on everything, internet, tv and all codes for the property. The place was spotless and cozy. Any questions that we had, Amy promptly responded. I would recommend anyone to stay at this property.

This was the perfect place for my family. 3 kids age ranging 5 to 9. The property was great so close to the pool and the beach. We had such a great time and will definitely be back again. Amy was amazing to communicate with.

Comfortable and convenient

I had a very enjoyable stay in this property while I was at Kingston for a professional conference. It is very well provisioned with amenities like a Keurig, a functioning washer/ dryer (that actually will dry things in a timely manner), and good quality pillows. Beds were very comfortable and everything is in good condition. Owners were very responsive to communications. The only thing I would alert the owners to is that the lower rack on the dishwasher pops loose when you try and load it. That minor element aside, this is a very nice option for a stay at Kingston, convenient to the conference centers and to the beach.

an oasis on the beach

Kingston plantation is an oasis by the sea. it is beautifully maintained with lots of mature trees and palms The condo was pretty much as depicted in the photos. it was clean nicely beachly decorated. made ypu feel at home. it was quite well furnished with lots of towels bed clothes dishware etc most of all it was only five minutes walk to a lovely beach for walking and sun bathing everything was close by shopping groceries and all. our host was very attentive and very nice ,always at our service for whatever we needed overall we were quite happy to be there.
