Get ready to relax in this 1-bedroom apartment in Santa Monica. This lovely property offers all the comforts you need for a phenomenal stay, including WiFi, AC, a 65" TV in the living room and a 55" TV in the bedroom. A super comfy king size bed. Coffee maker and espresso machine along with a fully stocked kitchen ready to cook anything your heart desires. We also provide a driveway parking spot right in front of the building. This apartment is on the second level of the building (2 stories, 3 units). This apartment is ideal for a couple but we do allow children and have an air mattress that can be set up in the living room. The peaceful ambiance of the apartment will make guests feel right at home. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

We are Karina and Brian. Weâve lived in the area for over 20 years. We are all about enjoying the outdoors and all that beautiful Santa Monica offers. We have 2 teenage sons who were lucky enough to grow up here. We all enjoy surfing, hiking, paddle boarding and a good game of pick up basketball.
