By water, enjoy a short 15-minute trip to the Eaton Ferry bridge area, where you'll find several fun places to visit, dine, or dock your boat for a leisurely day on the water.
The home features 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, including a master suite upstairs for added comfort. The fully stocked kitchen with island opens to the dining area and living room, creating the perfect space for gatherings. Relax by the gas fireplace, enjoy movie nights on the 55â TCL Roku smart TV, or unwind in the game room.
Step outside to the screened porch with seating for 4 or grill up a feast on the deck. For ultimate relaxation, head downstairs to the sauna or enjoy a workout in the weight room. Don't forget to roast marshmallows by the fire pit for some classic s'mores fun!
The area to park your boat is 9.5 feet wide and 2 feet deep. Best for a smaller boat.
Guests will have access to the entire house, except for a few owner's closets. Please note that boats are privately owned and not part of the rental.
