Very nice family friendly home. The home had about evetything you could think of needing in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was lovely and so was the outdoor space around the pool.The safety gate around the pool was actually the selling point for making our choice with bringing my grandchildren having that piece of mind that they could still be ou playing and the pool beinh separated was important . Plenty of towels and air was perfect on 73 with ceiling fans running. Thank you for sharing your home

This place was everything we could ask for. Such a lovely home that was very kid friendly and very clean. Minus the temporary road construction we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. The kids loved the pool and all the toys and books. Thank you for having us and we will be back

We had a great time at the property. Locationnext to stores are great. Neighborhood was quiet. Beaches about 20 min away. Host Tina was great and prompt to work with. Pool was very relaxing. Would def recommend this house

Family vacation

This home was amazing! Eight of us slept comfortably and had more than enough room. The property is very well maintained and clean! Host was easy to communicate with and had easy directions on check in/check out. The home is very well located between st Pete beach, Clearwater beach and Indian rocks beach. So much to do in a very nice area! Plenty of beach and pool toys for the kids as well. Highly recommend this property!

What a gem of a home! Clean and full of so many extras! From all the numerous kitchen essentials to games, extra pillows, pool toys and beach items - I've never seen a house supplied so fully. It made for a stress-free vacation. Our morning and evening swims were one of the major highlights! Our old stomping ground, John's Pass was 15 minutes away and we found a wonderful Italian restaurant, Stefano's not far away. The Dahli and Ringling Museums were short day trips that I would recommend to everyone. Nice quiet location but near so many things. Thank you for opening up your house to guests. We truly enjoyed ourselves!

We stayed at the “Gentle Inn” for a week with 5 adults, a teenager, three toddlers, and an infant, and this property accommodated everyone perfectly! The owners provided so many extras to make the trip easy! The baby had a pack & play, the toddlers had a welcome basket of juice boxes and bubbles, the house had lots of beach toys, games, annd indoor toys to use! There was plenty of space for everyone and the heated pool was wonderful! The ability to close off access while still using the patio and all its furnishings was a definite bonus! The lights made it so comfortable for evening family time and swimming. Tina was wonderful even checked in once we arrived and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed! The location is perfectly situated close to all the beaches but we loved Indian Rocks the most! I would recommend this property 100%! Neighborhood was nice a quiet even during Spring Break! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend!

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful rental property for 56 nights and were extremely pleased with our experience. Our host, Tina, was incredibly accommodating, ensuring that anything we needed was taken care of immediately. The house was very clean upon arrival and well-stocked with everything we required for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the heated pool—perfect for relaxation. We also loved the easy access to the nearby bike trail, which made for great outdoor adventures. There was a very nice park in walking distance that included an amazing playground for children and lots of walking trails.Any minor issues that arose were handled promptly and efficiently, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we loved our 2 month stay and would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed rental. We truly appreciate Tina’s hospitality and hope to return in the future!

Great 2 Weeks

We really enjoyed our time here. The property was just as stated and what is provided in the pictures. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. Co-host Tina was outstanding. We spoke directly with her days before arrival and also the day we arrived and the day we left. She is kind and ensured that everything was meeting our needs (and then some!). The pool was too chilly for us. I called Tina and she immediately turned up the temp (there was an added fee to do that and we were well aware of that ahead of time). I would highly recommend this property and these hosts.

Another successful Florida vacation

We chose this home because it had a pool even though we knew it was a little bit away from the beach. We asked to have the temp turned up due to the colder weather (60’s) and it was perfect. We swam every morning which is a great way to start the day! The house was the perfect size for our family of 5 to spread out. It’s located in a quiet little neighborhood that is close to shops and restaurants and a short drive to Indian Shores and Clearwater beach. I would highly recommend Super Sardos restaurant that is very close. Very yummy Italian food. We got the CityPASS which was perfect to enjoy the local activities and still have beach time. Our host was very attentive and responded quickly with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this house for your next stay in the Tampa area.

This home had everything. It was in a safe location, close to all the shopping centers and very close to the beach too. The host was very prompt and kind. If there were any issues, which there wasn’t, she would have been right on it. Do yourself a favor and choose this home. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and worth your time and money.
