On the bay of peaceful Boca Ciega, find your ultimate dream vacation. This spacious three-bedroom condo is the perfect place for your next getaway. Located on the third floor, this unit has an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen area. It features stainless appliances and beautiful countertops. The kitchen has a breakfast bar for additional seating. The living room features a large flat screen tv and an oversized couch to wind down for the evening while taking in sunset views overlooking the marina. There are windows everywhere to enjoy the incredible water views. A true gem with a large private balcony to enjoy the sunsets over the emerald bay. This unit is well equipped with ample seating both inside and outdoors. The location is great too-conveniently positioned within easy reach of world-class Florida beaches and central Madeira Beach attractions. A short stroll along Gulf Boulevard offers several beach access points on the way to dining and entertainment around the area.
When it is time to retire for the night, The main bedroom features a comfortable king size bed as well as direct access to your private balcony. Attached to the main bedroom is the primary bath which has dual sinks and a luxurious walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed. For additional sleeping arrangements, the 3rd bedroom has 1 twin/full bunk bed set. The shared full bath includes a tub/shower combo and there is an additional half bath for your convenience.

No early check-ins will be permitted. Your check-out time is a firm 10:00AM EST. A fee will be incurred for late check-outs. No events or parties of any kind are permitted.

Hi, my name is Caroline and I have lived in Tampa Bay for over 13 years with my husband and 3 sons. Our favorite activities include watching our amazing sports teams play, be it the Tampa bay Bucs, the Lightning or the Rays, visiting our amazing gulf beaches or just dining al fresco in one of the many hip new restaurants that have recently been added to the Tampa bay landscape. I know you will love it too!
