Great Week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our week in Destin was great. The house was just as described. Home was clean and everything functioned well. The neighborhood was great. The pool was very nice. We would stay here again. The beach is walkable but you may want to consider a golf cart for the week.

13 Hatchew was a beautiful beach home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house and space to spread out. I’ve rented from numerous rental companies, VRBO, and Airbnb. The downside for me is other places would have the pool cleaned at least once a week and it wasn’t cleaned during our stay would’ve been nice to at least have a skimmer to clean up debris. Our dryer stopped working three days before departure and put us in a mad rush to get laundry clean once it was fixed as it took a couple days. Again, unexpected no one’s fault just hoped for quicker turn around. I would say it’s 15 minute walk not 10 to the beach but again worth it. I would’ve liked a list on fridge with check in and out details. I know they are sent in email just makes it easier to have at hand and easy glance. Destiny Beach Properties were quick to respond with al questions and concerns. We plan to stay here again next year

The pool was the highlight of the house, refreshing and cool especially after a day at the beach. We will definitely stay here again.
