Beautiful condo!

Loved staying here. It’s so spacious, decorated beautifully and has everything you need for a beach vacation with a great view. Communication with owner is top notch. Beds super comfortable, 2 big bathrooms, good size bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. Full size laundry room is a nice bonus. Owner has a variety of beach equipment they allow you to use to make the most of the beach days. Already planning our week here for next year.

Everything was great ... place was clean .. beach was right out the back door w the pool for when we was ready for a break from the beach perfect location around everything ..kids really enjoyed it and overall a perfect place for a family vacation!!!

Great place

This is a wonderful place to stay, it has everything you need, and it’s right on the beach. The condo was very spacious for the 5 of us (adults) we never felt like we were on top of each other.. We loved the bar/restaurant across the street “The Reef” Highly recommend…we’re looking forward to going back again this year.

Las Brisas

This was a perfect spot! Extremely clean, beds were comfortable, kids loved it. Waking up to a beautiful waterfront view every morning was spectacular and is very missed. We were lucky enough to see dolphins almost daily swimming by us. Walking distance to everything including John’s Pass. Will definitely be back!!!

Even though Las Brisas is an older building, condo unit 506 has some nice updates, is well-maintained, and has many amenities.

A spacious retreat with delightful ocean views.

Being on the top floor with large slider windows facing the beach and water created a great place to get away from it all. The interior space was generous and had all the amenities of home. The price was right and the location ideal!

Great beach location

The property was as described and in a terrific location. Just a few minute walk to Winn-Dixie and many restaurants. Had a slight disconnect on the check in instructions, but was quickly resolved with good communication from the owner. Thanks for sharing yourwonderful property!!

Nice beach condo for 6

Nice location on Madeira Beach. Owner is terrific to deal with and very responsive to all questions. While the building is a little dated, the condo itself is well appointed and very comfortable for a group of 6. Nice balcony facing the beach, lots of beach accessories, well furnished, clean and nice atmosphere overall.

Amazing Family Trip

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Everything about this condo was great and we look forward to staying again! There are plenty of linens, beach toys and more than enough kitchen supplies in the condo for a wonderful, easy stay. The location was amazing - right on the beach (dolphin watching every morning) and very close to great restaurants and John’s Pass. Host communication exceeded all expectations. Everything was even better than pictured and the kids already can’t wait to stay again!

Perfect family getaway

This property was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space and bedrooms that were cutely decorated. Master bedroom was wonderful and bed so comfortable. Loves the balcony spent so much time out there. We used kitchen to make breakfast everyday and had everything we needed. Laundry and beach toys chairs and umbrella all so helpful. Would totally come back again!

Wonderful Vacation at Las Brisas!

Our stay, of three adults, had a wonderful time at Las Brisas. The condo is spacious, has many kitchen items and utensils, and is in a perfect location. Spending time on the balcony and the beach were our two favorite places. Working with Sam, the owner, during check-in and check-out went smoothy, and I appreciated the prompt responses I received. The condo has two full-sized bathrooms and three roomy bedrooms. The king-sized bed in the master suite was super-comfortable for sleeping in, after a long day on the beach. This condo also has a large variety of beach toys and chairs. Overall, this is an excellent place to spend a relaxing vacation on Madeira Beach, and we cannot wait to return!

Perfection

Our family stayed May 6-13. Absolutely beautiful condo right on the beach. Amazing restaurants right across the street and some shops well within walking distance. Sam could not have been a better hostess. We arrived early and she allowed us to check in early due to the cleaning crew being done. Kitchen is well supplied with everything you can possibly need. Tons of beach chairs and coolers etc made it so easy to relax right under your balcony. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone

Great Location

We loved this property! The condo itself was perfect for our family of 5 kids and 2 adults. It had all the extras you want when renting a VRBO property. Washer and dryer, coolers, beach towels, beach toys, ample beach chairs, and an umbrella which we couldn't have done without! I highly recommend this condo and property. Property is a quick 5 minute drive to John's pass and there are great restaurants within walking distance of the condo if you don't feel like driving. We would highly recommend Dockside Dave's! Thanks so much to the owners for having such a great place for us to stay!

Beautiful Condo

We had an amazing time! This condo was one of the best ones we have ever stayed at! The condo is much bigger in person than the pictures show. Having a high chair, pack’n play, sand toys, beach chairs... etc were so convenient. The condo was clean and well taken care of. The master bedroom has amazing views, a comfy king size bed and a huge closet. You can’t beat the views from the balcony! We saw dolphins multiple times a day and the sunsets were gorgeous! We highly recommend this condo!

Our meeting with hurricane Idiilia

Unfortunately on arrival to this beautiful condo on the beach at Madeira Beach we were under mandatory evacuation and had to leave before unpacking our bags. The condo was beautiful and although it was dark we could see the gorgeous beach and knew it would be stunning especially at sunset. Everything was perfect with the condo but the weather had other plans. Our host was amazing and directed us to where we should head to for safety. The communication with her was consistent and supportive to our situation and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again in the future.

Excellent Beach Front location

This condo went above & beyond expectations! It is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained, the owner is a great communicator. It is well equipped with everything you need, very spacious, immaculate, and you don't have to go off site to get the keys, the owner gives you a code to a electronic lock and you go directly inside the unit, what a time saver! The beds & all of the furniture are very comfortable and plenty of it including a ample supply of beach items. The view is outstanding including the dolphin shows directly outside your balcony, you literally step onto the beach from the condo complex. The location is perfect, it is situated on the beach on a quiet location but close enough to Johns Pass if you wanted some ocean activities! It is also in walking distance to many very good restaurants and grocery shopping.

Special place, special time!

Really an awesome condo. Hosts provided so many unexpected perks like plentiful spices for cooking, loads of beach supplies and plenty of paper goods. Unfortunately, we arrived the same day as the results of the off shore red tide did and it was very smelly outside. There were many dead fish on the waters edge. Totally out of the control of either the condo owners or her management group. We were there three days for a conference down toward St Pete. The treasure island beach literally had fish piled up four inches and two foot wide very gross. Glad we stayed farther along the beach and didn’t have it all that bad. The good news is that by the end of the week there seemed to be NO dead fish washing up... hope that is over for everyone’s sake! Again, condo was very nice, LOADS of extras perks. I am already calculating how I can spend more time there!

Great Beachfront Condo

Loved the beachfront condo, especially the large balcony where it could be accessed from the living room and the master bedroom. Great 5th floor view of the gulf! Saw dolphins out in the gulf every morning or late in the evening . So relaxing! Very private feeling. Never really heard the other tenants! This condo is very well stocked, even down to the smallest of details....from laundry soap, fabric softener sheets, bottles of aloe, beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler to sandwich bags, paper towels and paper plates...it really was appreciated to have even the little things when travelling because it's not something you pack for the trip. Definitely appreciated to have on hand! Loved having the Keurig machine, (unit also has a tea pot and a coffee maker as well if the Keurig's not your thing). With a balcony that had a GREAT view of the gulf, being able to make your own coffee and sit out on the balcony every morning and relax as the breeze came off the gulf will be one of the highlights we will remember about this place when reflecting back on our trip. Direct beach access was also a GREAT perk! The master bedroom bed and pillows were SUPER comfortable. By far THEE best sleep I've gotten on vacation. We didn't use the other two bedrooms as it was just my husband and I, but the comfort of the master bedroom was fantastic. The walk through closets between the bedroom & the bathroom (also available for another bedroom as well) was very convenient to put all of our belongings in without them being out in the open in the bedrooms. We walked the beach 1.8 miles up to John's Pass a couple of mornings to parasail & jet ski and was the perfect beach walk every morning to collect shells along the way. Loved having Screwies Bar and Grille right across the street along with a local coffee shop around the corner. Having access to a few key places made you not have to venture out so you could take in as much as you could of the beachfront itself. John's Pass is a must see. It's little shops & venues filled with ice cream, candy, & restaurants is the perfect place to entertain everyone in your group. Mad Beach Brewing had great drinks and food! Overall, a great place to stay. Only recommendation is to upgrade to some Tommy Bahama style beach chairs (ones in the closet had one broke, another ripped fabric on the seating, and a third that sat super low) & a beach wagon. Other than that, the place met & exceeded all expectations! Thanks for a great trip!
