Wonderful beach stay.

The process of renting the property, checking in, and checking out were very easy. The property was as described. It was very nice and a great location. The patio was very big and had nice afternoon shade making it perfect for the afternoon and evenings.

This condo is on the east side of the building, so you won’t get to see sunsets but the large patio is amazing for taking in the ocean anytime. This was our second time staying in Beach Manor so we clearly love the location, and it was also our second time renting through Gibson Rentals because they’re so professional and they never disappoint. Thank you for a great vacation!

Beautiful condo but not very well stocked. The balcony is amazing but not very private, there are many people out on their balcony about the same time. When we showed up, it was clean and ready for us. The beds were comfortable and everything in the kitchen works well.

The condo was very nice. However, the view of the ocean was obstructed by painters on a scaffold the entire visit. The workers were always around which made it uncomfortable to go out on the deck. When I called the rental company they apologized but only offered local attraction coupons, which was discouraging. Overall we thought the resort was nice and the condo itself was nice but having construction employees on our deck the entire stay wasn’t what we were looking for on a vacation.

Enjoyed but no privacy with workers on balcany

We were therefore unable to use the large deck that we were looking forward to enjoying. In addition, we were not able to open the curtains to enjoy the sun because when we did the men were there staring back at us. Otherwise, we enjoyed to place. It was very clean and sufficiently supplied.

Secluded in the middle of everything!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first stay in an upscale resort was a tremendous success. The unit is spacious, well equipt, and perfectly located. Beach Manor is also the closest to the beach, so you hear the surf and can see it from the huge balcony for a fraction of what beach front would cost. It is also a long drive or walk from busy 98. You don't even know it exits. But it is also almost directly across from Grand Boulevard and Baytown Wharf and a few minutes from SilverSands outlets. You couldn't ask for a better combination. Great unit, great location.

Very dirty & worn out, terrible!!!

As much as I appreciate the rental company trying to make it right, it was too late. The property was in I’ll repair & extremely dirty. Old dirt! I’ve never had to spend so much time cleaning on a property before. There was NO inspection done prior to renting out. Bad for VRBO & Gibson Beach Rentals, Tops’L Beach Manor 0404

our Anniversary vacation

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the location and the view from the balcony, wish there were more comfortable lounge chairs bed sheets were clean and bed was comfortable.The condo wasn't very clean, the floors were very dirty and dusty, couches and chairs had multiple stains on them. No extra blankets, no salt or pepper available, only one trash bag in the kitchen and 1 pack for dishwasher, and no sponge for dishes. no map of the property, and nothing to grab hot pot from stove. TV and Wi-fi worked very bad. Overall the condo is outdated but we still enjoyed the ocean and pool.

A wonderful week at the Tops’l Beach Manor

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property rental was exactly as pictured. Upon arrival property was clean. Property manager contacted us early on day of check-in and we were able to check-in earlier than expected which was great since we got into town early. I used a previous renters advice and we brought our own paper towels, paper plates, plastic silverware, Kleenex’s, TP, dish soap and beach towels. The poolside bar and grill does not accept cash, so take your card to the pool with you. My kids enjoyed the poolside activities daily and the evening movie. They also enjoyed playing putt putt golf. We would definitely recommend this resort to others and plan to come back!
