STEPS FROM BEACH! Trendy Calle Loiza and Ocean Park Beach Condo in San Juan
Great modern-construction building located in the heart of trendy Loiza street! This is the spot to be!
Short walk to the serene beachfront, & seconds away from numerous restaurants & popular bars filled with both locals and tourists.
Trendy & hip area with a thriving night life.
Near popular shops, supermarket, and tons of highly-rated restaurants. Only three blocks from the beach! Blend in like the locals!
Large bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom, great cross ventilation. 3rd floor walk-up
The space
This is a newer construction building that was built in 2014. I'm also a big techie, so I've upgraded the unit with lots of fun SmartHome features and gadgets like Amazon Echos (Alexa), Smart Lighting, Nespresso machine, UPS Power Backup with 6-8 hour backup battery (for the occasional power outage, this IS Puerto Rico, people!). I've also included mosquito repellant and a bug light for your stay. This is a tropical island, so remember there may be the occasional bug! I keep the place very tidy for both myself and guests, so please be sure to clean up after yourself and keep food/crumbs in the kitchen and front common area (dining/living room, etc.).

You have full access to the apartment. Please take care to respect the grounds and neighbors.
I like having nice things at the apartment for guests, and would like to continue having such things for everyone to enjoy, so please take good care of everything and wash/clean it after use and return it to it's spot. Thank you!!

The Isla Del Encanto! Calle Loiza is THE hottest neighborhood on the island! Bad Bunny played a concert just feet away from this condo! It is a world-famous spot where you will create many memories and fond experiences.

In this neighborhood, this building and top-floor condo sits 2+ floors above most of the other units in the area, and that helps insulate it from sound/noise and offers more privacy. It is also RIGHT in the mix of things and literally just steps away from most all of the popular local spots! Enjoy like the locals and blend right in while having the time of your life!
