NEW LISTING. This super 55+ community townhome is the perfect vacation or relocation spot. Large and and end unit this townhouse only has one wall shared and it light and bright due to windows on 3 sides.
As you enter you are greeted with a comfy living room with leather seating. The kitchen is next with everything you would ever imagine for preparing a meal or BBQ. Plenty of counter space and updated everything.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and is a split floor plan from the primary bedroom suite. There is bonus space everywhere with a second living area with large TV with streaming cable. The Primary suite is in the rear of the home with a queen bed, TV and en-suite bath and walk in closet.
Beyond that there is a private workspace with a desk for those who need to work from home or just enjoy a place to set up your laptop. Super fast wifi, a one car direct access garage and a laundry room are all features of this townhouse.
Outdoors enjoy the AZ sunshine with a front patio, perfect for meeting neighbors or the private back patio with outdoor dining and a BBQ. There are grassy walking paths, golf, pools, clubhouses.

Great

Would have said excellent but kitchen was not well stocked with dinnerware. Only a service for 4(dishes etc). Had to run dishwasher more often to have adequate plates and bowls. Also could have had more towels for master bathroom, we did use those in hall bathroom. There was no mop for kitchen floor, I did buy one and no ice maker in refrig. I bought ice trays to make cubes. Quite inconvenient. Overall we were satisfied, good location! The response from the elite vacation team was excellent.....thank you!!
