The Space:
Step inside this 2-bedroom condo and be greeted by a bright space with a rustic mountain charm and impressive views over the surrounding mountains. When you first arrive to the home you will come to a tiled mudroom with a built-in bench with storage space, coat hooks, and shelving with storage bins. This well-thought-out mudroom serves as the perfect space to unload your outdoor gear, keeping the area clutter-free and your belongings neatly organized.
An open and social layout welcomes you from the mud room, where you will first come to the living room. Relax and unwind in this cozy space, where you will find a leather couch and a reclining chair situated atop a large area rug. The comfortable furnishings are situated around the wood burning fireplace with a mounted 55” TV above it. Next to the fireplace is a built-in bookshelf where you will find puzzles as well as informational books on the surrounding area, you never know what hidden gem you may find in the books to go explore. At night, you can turn this area into an extra sleeping space with a queen-size pull-out inside of the leather couch.
From the living room you can step out the sliding glass doors and out onto the back balcony where you will find four metal chairs and a bistro style table. This outdoor area provides the perfect spot to enjoy a snack or your morning coffee while you sit back and enjoy the fresh air and view over the surrounding trees and mountains.
On the other side of the living room, you will find the kitchen and dining area. You will first come to the dining area where you will find a cozy corner dining nook with built-in bench seating and a pull-out bench providing plenty of space to accommodate your group. Opposite the dining table, you’ll find a built-in workspace with a spacious desk and chair, surrounded by cabinets offering extra storage space if needed. Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, a balcony, and 2 parking places in the shared parking lot in front of the building. Parking is first come, first served, there are no reserved spots.
The Neighborhood:
This charming condo is situated in the Baldy area, a paradise for hiking enthusiasts with both the Baldy and Boreas Pass Loop trailheads nearby perfect for summer hiking adventures. Another great option is to enjoy a sunny day with a visit to the Blue River, just an 11-minute drive from the home, where you have endless opportunities for fishing and kayaking. In the fall the Boreas Pass turns into an explosion of fall colors from the aspens changing colors making for a beautiful scenic drive. In the wintertime, you are less than 20 minutes away from Breckenridge Ski Resort and under 10-minutes from the BreckConnect Gondola getting you out on the slopes in no time. For those who enjoy learning more about the history of an area, be sure to visit the nearby Breckenridge Sawmill Museum or Washington Mine and Milling Exhibit for a look at the history of this area. Getting Around:

Just a few steps outside your front door, you will find the Rock Ridge bus stop on the Boreas Pass Loop of the free Summit Stage, which takes you, not only to Main St. Station, but all the way to the gondola lot. The bus will drop you off just steps from the gondola and it can conveniently take you to Peak 7 and/or 8. There's no need to even walk 10 minutes in ski boots!

Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.
To reach the home, guests will need to go up two staircases totaling 17 steps.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
