Njut av lyxen av en av Ocean City finaste bostadsrätt komplex. The Sea Watch ligger på 115: e St och Coastal Hwy på havet nära shopping, restauranger, biograf och naturligtvis stranden. Byggnadens många bekvämligheter, inklusive: inomhus och utomhuspooler, tennisbanor, fitnessanläggning, bastu, stort spelrum, snack och läsk butik, lekplats, basketplan, in-house biograf filmer som valts ut av gäster, och en vacker innergård med fontäner. Detta nyrenoverade 2 sovrum plus arbetsrum, två badrum enhet på 9: e våningen på den södra sidan av byggnaden, och är utrustad med ett komplett kök, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, centrala luft, wifi, och Netflix. Och nytt för 2015 - en ny master badrum och nya golv i vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Det finns extra avgift $ 40 för fordonsregistrering ska betalas i säkerhetskontoret vid garageinfarten. Ingen rökning, inga husdjur.

Lovely property

The condo was well kept and clean. The view was beautiful. Sea Watch was a very nice property offering several options for entertainment for little ones. I would easily book this coni again!

Perfect Family Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as advertised and suited our needs perfectly. We loved all the amenities Sea Watch had to offer as well. The owner was very responsive. We were sad to leave!

Our favorite place in OC

The property was updated from the pictures posted. Our family of 5 stayed there comfortably. Sea watch had soo many amenities- all nice and clean. We loved the easy access to beach. We have stayed in ocean city about 2xs a year for the past 9 years and this is by far our favorite place! Thank you!

Lovely anniversary getaway

Beautiful views front both front and back doors of this condo. Really appreciated that it felt more like someone lent us their home for a week vs normal rental with locks on every door. Would gladly stay there again.

Great view and property

This unit is good for a couple or a small family. Clean, decorated comfortably and has everything you need. Elevators are very well maintained as they accommodate many units. Parking adequate and costs $55 for the week. Beach is very accessible. Pool is very nice for a change. There is so much to do and there are plenty of good restaurants. Everything is walkable especially the supermarket.

Great view nice condo

The view was spectacular and the condo was very nice. Lots to do there as well. Was a great place to go for a quick getaway during Water weekend. Highly recommend.

Nice condo with great view and amenities.

Condo was great for our small family trip. Beach views were fantastic and the pools were great too. Rental was fully equipped with household necessities and beach gear. There was a nice sitting room in addition to the living room area. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Stay

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this condo. You can lie in bed and watch the ocean waves roll in. Comfortably furnished, nice and bright and everything worked well. We definitely plan to return.

Great condo with an amazing ocean view!

great property with an amazing ocean view in a good location. Host was very responsive and helpful. Check in was very easy. Great place to stay. Only thing we didn't like was the beds were very uncomfortable. We had a great time and look forward to the next family vacation to Ocean City

Dance Competition

We stayed an entire week for my daughter’s National Dance Competition. Ocean City was beautiful. MANY things to do and see. Great beaches. Sea Watch Condos were Very Nice. Much better for us than a Hotel would’ve been.

Beautiful View, Nice Location

This is a nice place and Lynda was really easy to work with. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Loved drinking coffee on the deck in the morning and watching the waves. We saw dolphins a couple times from the deck. Easy access to the beach and a good location overall. I would highly recommend this unit.

Great OC, MD stay!!

This is the second year we stayed in this condo. The owner is just such a pleasant woman. You text or email her and she responds quickly with a solution, if you have a problem. The condo is decorated with a beautiful beach theme!!!! Great facility and amenities! Wonderful views! Love it there!

Very clean, great for families, lots to do!

We visited with our four children, three of which slept in the bunk room which was perfect! There was plenty of room in the master for the baby’s pack and play. I’m very particular about cleanliness, and this place was spotless! Updated with an amazing view making for a very relaxing trip. We loved the playground, pools, arcade room, movie theater, and basketball court right on the property.

Loved the unit

Unit was very clean & fully stocked with everything needed. Owner was extremely helpful & made our entire process easy. My only negative comment would be that the master bed was extremely uncomfortable (but that’s just my opinion).

Great vacation

We enjoyed our stay! The property owner was amazing and always responded quick. Very nice condo...views are amazing! The mall is right across the street, grocery store within walking distance. The washer and dryer are outside, in the storage room...less sand in the condo. There is a little pizza shop on the first floor, by the atrium (which is beautiful). They have good food and ice cream. They have a movie theater that shows different movies throughout the day. Parking garage is secure, with a security guard before you enter the garage. One thing we didnt care for...there is no privacy on the balcony, at all. Over all, we had a wonderful stay!

Relaxing and hassle-free stay

We had a wonderful stay and the condo was exactly as it appears in the photos and as it's described. The furniture and layout make it easy for multiple people to stay comfortably. The view is incredible - both the ocean and bay. Early-season they were planting flowers and staining the deck around the pool adding to the look of a well-maintained building. If anyone is looking to work remotely, the wifi is excellent and 2 of us were able to work during the same hours with no connectivity problems at all! The owner was the most responsive and gracious host. The only hiccup was that when we arrived, we knew from the listing that we would be paying for parking in the garage, but we didn't realize that only cash was accepted. We were not able to park until we found an ATM to get the money, only a minor inconvenience since there are many places around but I wish I would have known that in advance. Overall, an incredible rental, We hope to be back as soon as possible.

Great location and view!

The property was in a great location and the space was a really good size! Beautiful views of the ocean and the bay. Having the w/d is a great feature and having 2 bathrooms was great! The kitchen had all of the pots and pans, plates, utensils and cups you'll ever need. Also there's an ice maker. Lot's of board games and anything you'll need for the beach is there as well. The owners were very nice and quick to respond to any questions I had. Parking and navigating the property was easy as well. Most of the other people we encountered while there were nice. My only issue was the uncomfortable bed in the master, and the less than adequate cleaning job by whatever service is used. I did a quick sweep and vacuum job in several areas upon arrival. Nothing very thorough but enough to feel more comfortable with my small kid moving around in the space. It wasn't a deal breaker, I just wish I didn't have to do it on my getaway. That said, I would definitely recommend this property and would definitely return in the future!

Gorgeous views = instant vacation!!

We had an amazing time at this condo and in Sea Watch. The condo was very accommodating and comfortable. All beds were comfy for a good nights rest. Decorated very beachy and it had such a homey feel. We loved the balcony with views of the ocean and parts of the bay. Every morning we stepped out and it felt so amazing to immediately see the ocean. Overall the condo had everything we needed. The pics show carpet but it’s actually flooring, which was a nice surprise. There was no ice maker in the freezer so we had to be on top of making ice, and the bathtub doesn’t hold water, which was tricky with little kids, but we managed to get them clean :-) Access to the beach was so easy. The pools are very nice and clean. My kids preferred the indoor pool bc it was slightly warmer. The playground seems brand new and also very nice and shady through many parts of the day so it wasn’t hot (it’s updated from what the listing pics show). The movie theater in the building was a cool feature we enjoyed. The little cafe on property is great with many options and reasonable prices. I will say that check in through the parking garage it was pretty chaotic. There was a long line with a lot of angry people. They only take cash and it’s $50 (not $40). And the parking garage is in a separate building from the condos, so you need to take two separate elevators. Overall a great vacation. We will definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful Fall Get Away

Spent a long weekend with my wife and 6-year-old. Great place, with tons of entertainment, a good condo layout, and a relaxing balcony overlooking the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

We are Maryland natives that grew up going to the ocean for summer vacations. We have fond memories of the boardwalk, Thrasher Fries, Jolly Rodger Amusement park, and spending entire days on the beach with the family. We bought our place at the Sea Watch to continue the traditions with our family.
