Each of the 4 bedrooms is thoughtfully designed with comfort and privacy in mind:

Bedroom 4: Full bed + Twin upper bunk (great for kids or friends)

We fell in love with this area of the Catskills for its peace, privacy, and natural beauty. The property is surrounded by forest and mountain views, yet still close to towns like Monticello, Liberty, and Livingston Manor. There’s so much to do—boating, hiking, fly fishing, skiing, or catching a show at Bethel Woods. But even more than that, we love the stillness, the stargazing, the sound of the birds in the morning. It’s the perfect mix of nature and nearby convenience.
