We are super thrilled to have finished this home for all your family Disney Vacation memories! For those large families that need multiple homes, these are just steps from one another! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to text!

Welcome to our 5 Star luxury retreat in the heart of Kissimmee, Florida at the beautiful Emerald Island Resort. Step into seven bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms of vacation bliss minutes from the fabulous Walt Disney Resort. We are located minutes from incredible shopping and dining options that line the US 192 Corridor. Whether you choose to go out or stay in and enjoy a home cooked meal and drinks on the outdoor patio in front of a private pool, we have spared no expense to make sure you feel relaxed the second you step through our doors.

Our 2022/23 fully renovated luxury home consists of seven bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms of stress free vacation accommodations. Our house consists of five king sized Nectar mattress bedrooms to make sure all of our guests enjoy the same level of luxury. There are also two kids bedrooms consisting of two twin beds each themed for an incredible kids experience.

The house features a breathtaking new kitchen equipped with new appliances and many extras. Our goal is to make sure that you have a seamless transition into a fabulous vacation experience. Every king bedroom is equipped with a 55” Smart TV, and there is a 75” smart TV in the living room. The Kids rooms both have a 32” Smart TV. All are equipped with Cable, Netflix and Disney Plus on us!

Every bathroom comes with hand soap and lotion as well as towels and full size bars of soap. We provide all the dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, Tide Pods and Bounce sheets you will need for your stay. We also provide coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to ensure you have all the little things you need to make your vacation enjoyable and stress free.

Emerald Island Resort is a prestigious gated & guarded community located on Disney's doorstep. Surrounded by a Conservation Area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community. Within minutes of Walt Disney World and a short drive to shopping and dining, this serves as a haven from the larger world while remaining central to everything the worlds most popular destination has to offer.

Note: There is a one time $20 non refundable fee per vehicle for the parking / access card. The money is paid to the HOA upon arrival.

Everything as expected

Had a wonderful stay. The house had everything we needed for this visit. We spend time relaxing by the pool. Travel to parks was good driving or using ride shares. Would recommend for anyone who is interested in not staying at the parks but not giving up any of the experience.

What a place!

The house, property and community were amazing! The house had everything we needed. The pool was great, the rooms, and the patio/deck. Leo was very expediant in getting back to us and community effectively. I encourage you to book the house. If I am in the area again, I'll be booking with Leo again!

Amazing Disney Property for the Entire Family!

The pictures are beautiful, the actual place is even better! We rented this property so our family could be together is one location to celebrate Christmas and my parents (both in their late 80s) could meet the newest members of the family. The house was perfectly set up for a large family or group and all had a very good time. From ages 3 months to 89 years old, all had a place to call their own. The amenities are too many to list and every convenience was thought out by the hosts. They even decorated for Christmas beautifully to make our stay even more special. We will definitely keep this place in mind for family or friends get-togethers!

Wonderful home!

We enjoyed every bit of this home from the beginning. Leo was friendly and efficient. The home was immaculate, modern, cozy, and beautiful. My entire family was in awe. The home was spacious enough for our family of 12! Everyone had a space. We enjoyed the pool and spa. The outdoor space was exactly what we needed. We will definitely stay with Leo again!!!
