Hello! We are Bill and Robin and we would love to host you in our historical home located in our quaint home town of Lima , NY. We love to travel and have traveled to many places, we’ve been to Germany, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Italy, Barcelona , Corfu, Aruba, many places in the Caribbean(that’s why we feel that we know how important it is to be in a space that’s clean, comfy and cozy and have experienced many great places), we enjoy going out and eating good food and spending lots of time with our family and friends. We worked hard on creating this space for people to come enjoy and love as much as we do. We spent lots of time on details we know are important for a relaxing time away, “comfy cozy” being at the top of our list! Fun fact about this home: back in 1930 it was the Elms Tourist House where rooms were rented and meals were enjoyed. Now it’s our turn to repeat some history and make our place a home where others can do the same!

I’ve always had a dream to have a bed and breakfast and this is the next best thing ! We both grew up in the Honeoye Falls Lima area and love the small town feel. We love how people come together and help each other, the friendships and all the history in our own area. We have many local businesses that have been around for many many years and some new ones that make our town that much better. We are close to beautiful hiking areas, skiing, beaches, wineries, breweries, distilleries, many amazing restaurants, museums, the zoo, and so much more and it’s all right around the corner. You’ll want to check out our local bakery, cafe and a few yummy restaurants that are walking distance.

If I was to have one word to describe our property it would be “cozy”, but I have so much more to say about it!This home is historical and was built in 1806. Back in the 1930’s it was called The Elm Tourist House and people rented rooms and meals were served. Although we won’t be cooking for people we do have a kitchen filled with anything you’d need to cook a lovely breakfast, lunch or dinner. Our dining table seats 6 and our home sleeps 6. We also tried to decorate for the time period but I also added my modern flair, and a whole lot of comfy comes with that. I paid attention to the softness of the bedding and you’ll find an extra blanket in the closets of each bedroom. You will also find a hook on the back of your door in each bedroom to hang your very soft bath towels. There are little areas where you can enjoy a book, the company of your family or friends and a glass of wine or cup of coffee. There is a screened in porch for warm days and a yard where you can enjoy some time outdoors. Sidewalks to walk into town. We want your stay to be something special and we know it will be .
