Klassiskt stort Lake Placid Village hem perfekt för stora grupper

Nyrenoverat byhem på Parkside Drive med stor uppfart.
Välkomnande trädgård och veranda. Original Douglas Fir och Red Pine golv med garderober i hela. Främre ingången på första våningen har breezeway som leder till ett expansivt komplett kök med diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, elektrisk spis, gott om skåp och bänkskiva TV. Fullt badrum med badkar och dusch. 2 smakfullt inredda sovrum som båda har Queen size-madrass. Stort möblerat vardagsrum med Apple TV med Netflix och HBONow och Wi-Fi i hela. Bakre ingången har kontor och tvättstuga.

Övervåningen består av 4 sovrum och ett badrum. Totalt finns det 6 sovrum med Queen size-madrasser. Det finns också ett kast-futon som kan läggas i ett större sovrum om det är mer än 12 gäster.

Huset kan också hyras tillsammans med 2 sovrumsstugan intill för större grupper. Skicka ett meddelande för mer information. Första våningen kan också hyras till små grupper som ett två sovrum efter ägarens bedömning och tillgänglighet till reducerad hastighet om vår stuga inte är tillgänglig.

Grannskapet är en lugn trädkantad gata med Mt. Peak Views. Det är ett underbart läge på gångavstånd till bybutiker, sjöar, golfbana och vandringsleder.

Great location

Our group enjoyed the stay here. It was centrally located & we were able to bike. Driveway held most of our vehicles, beds were comfortable. Had a good time.

Everything was as advertised. Great location to everything you want to do. Used out car once to go to the grocery store. Host answered questions promptly.

Holiday Engagement

The house was perfect for a large party. Everyone had their own room. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked so we could make breakfast each morning. A short walk to town. Josh was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Enjoyable stay for Ironman Week

We rented the house for a week and had a great time in Lake Placid. The house is close to everything. Well stocked and well taken care of. Everything was clean when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the group and the listing matched the house well.

Comfy vibes

This home away from home had everything we needed. The bathroom was newly redone & the kitchen had plenty of space for us. Very conveniently located to the Olympic Arena. We would highly recommend staying here (instead of hotel) if you like having your own room - 6 bedrooms were more than enough for our two families. Slept great!

Perfect location to walk into town. Clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need if you want to cook. Josh was quick to reply when we had a question. Would definitely recommend.

Whiteface Mountain Overnight Stay

The house was exactly as it was listed. Very homey and comfortable. We did have trouble finding the house at first as we couldn’t see the house number very easily, but the gentleman working on the house next door was super friendly and helpful. The house was just a 10 minute walk to Main St which was very convenient. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Lake Placid!

Large house in great location!

Wow! This house did not disappoint. We had a large group - and this place was perfect. Great bedrooms, nice eat in kitchen, living room and front porch, very clean. Walking distance to everything downtown, which is convenient when dealing with so many people. Host was very communicative & responded quickly to all my questions. I would highly recommend booking this home, or any location from this host!

Perfect place

Everything worked out beautifully for our group. We had a large group of eight people and we were all able to have our own bedrooms as there were two couples. One person had a knee injury, so being able to use one of the bedrooms on the first floor worked out well. House is conveniently located, as right in town. Parking was easy , we just moved cars as needed. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Would rent again.

Beyond expectations

Josh’s home was an ideal choice for our family gathering of 9 adults and 2 dogs. It was in a perfect location for walking to the lake, LP Brewery, into town and enjoying everything that Lake Placid has to offer. It was well equipped and very clean. I honestly didn’t want to leave. We spent much of our time on the spacious front porch, enjoying the view and the neighborhood. I highly recommend Josh’s place for a large group and hope to return one day.

Excellent Host

We had to rebook our stay due to family members having covid, so I cannot comment on the house. I can say that Josh is an excellent host and was extremely accommodating, understanding, responsive and easy to work with. Our family is looking forward to our upcoming stay in his home.

Excellent location and Fantastic Hosts

We had a blast. The location was perfect and everything was as advertised. We got there during a snow event and they had everything shoveled and plowed. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Great location in Lake Placid

This house is conveniently located to Main st. Restaurants, shops, beach are all within walking distant. The house is well stocked and the owner is very responsive to questions. I would not hesitate to go back especially when traveling with a large group.

Excellent location close to town

This is overall a good property that has an excellent location. We stayed here with 8 adults and 2 pre-teens and everyone had a good time. I rated this 4 stars but would do 4.5 stars if that were an option. Only real issues were (1) the house is a bit dated, especially the upstairs bathroom with a crazy loud fan and cabinet doors falling off in the kitchen, (2) a construction zone next door that started up at 7am that woke everyone, and (3) no A/C which made the house a sweat locker for a couple days when it was 90 plus outside. We still had fun and would go back.
