Perfect location

Wish the house was a bright color not brown. Inside was very nice. Outside shower needs attention. We just used the hose to spray off. Great location for Carolina Beach and Fort Fisher.

Week at Kure beach

We arrived in the late afternoon. Parking was more than adequate. Access to the residence was very easy. The property was clean and tastefully furnished. The accommodations were exactly as advertised. This was just what I wanted, a simple modest beach house perfect for a couple or small family right on the beach. Very comfortable, we felt at home there and are planning to rebook this location

Can’t wait to come back

Kure is our new favorite beach. The home was perfect for the 2 of us, very nicely decorated, and perfectly clean. Bryant staff gave us all the information needed in a timely manner, and the homeowners had provided nice touches of information about the area as well.

Great cottage for two

The view! That's what this house's best feature is. The house is very comfortable (although no storage space for food) and cozy. Perfect for 2 people or family of 4.

Perfect place

House was as advertised. Right on the beach with its own access. Close to food and the aquarium and also Southport, Wilmington and Wrightsville beach. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends and family.

Family vacation

Wonderful beach but "water bugs" everywhere!

The beach was amazing and absolutely beautiful! The house was very clean on arrival. After the first night we noticed the roaches "waterbugs" come out after 9pm. All over the deck and under the house! We contacted the manager and they quickly sent out the exterminator and we thought our worries were gone.. the next night they were back on the deck and some of them migrated into the house through the air vents! The last night of staying a roach "waterbug" fell on my husbands head while sleeping and he didn't sleep the rest of the night. I would have left a 5 start rating but having to deal with the nasty roaches the whole time and so it is a 1 star rating!

Lovely cottage, but….

The house was as advertised and very clean. We also loved the location and the view was perfect. The main suggestion I would make would be to update the bathrooms. The toilets were small and low to the floor. Great for children but not for someone that’s 6’2” with bad knees. The dates tub/shower combination could be swapped for a walk in shower. Maybe even ADA approved. To finish I’ll say that we had a great vacation experience. Thank you.

Relaxing week at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super relaxing time on the beach for a week. Very close the the water which was great. Enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening reading. The decorations in the house were cute and beachy. It was wonderful having everything that was needed supplied for us. Great time and place. ( Would have liked to have directions on how to use the TV remotes, there were several!!!!! I recommend an umbrella for the deck. Too hot to sit out there till the sun goes down. No shade.)

Perfect little house

The house smelled so fresh and clean upon arrival. We thought it was even nicer than what the pictures show online. It was the perfect little house for our family of 4. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Beautiful, quiet little beach property

We really enjoyed staying at this beach house. The location was perfect for our family of five. There was space in the master bedroom for our pack and play and the house was easily baby proofed. Loved the close proximity to the beach when it was time for nap time or diaper changes. The town of Kure is so quiet and nice and the beach is beautiful and wide! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals.

Home Away from Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For our small family of three, Beach Times was the perfect rental property right on the beach. The house and location had everything. We could take our 2 1/2 year old daughter easily down to the beach, where she loved building sandcastles, but not feel the strain and stress of lugging everything from a car to the sand and preparing meals for a beach day. We could walk right back up to the house if we forgot something or needed snacks/water. She also loved the local playground and we all had fun at the arcade near the pier. It was easy to go pick up food from the many restaurants in Carolina Beach, and then return to your quiet little home where we'd relax listening to the sounds of the ocean. The property is also extremely close to the Aquarium, but what really mattered is that you could tell that the owners take good care of their home. I felt like a guest instead of another traveler that they could earn rental income from. We will absolutely be returning to this wonderful home.
