The Space:
Updated 24 Feb '25: We're excited to announce that after the recent hurricanes, our unit is in perfect condition and ready to welcome you! Both lifts are now fully operational, and we are pleased to report that the heated pool is also functioning smoothly. Beach access is fully open. However, please note that some outdoor amenities such as the sun deck, fire pit, and grill are still under maintenance. We've adjusted our prices to reflect the current market conditions. Waterfront condo with gorgeous views of the breathtakingly blue, crystal water views of Tampa Bay, this fourth floor 1 BR/ 1 BA suite provides you with an escape to a Tropical Serenity. With one queen sized bed in a separate bedroom, as well as a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room, the suite can accommodate 4 guests, featuring a full kitchen and full bath. Both cable and internet are provided. As you begin your adventures every morning, guests can enjoy sipping coffee from our complimentary coffee station while taking in the phenomenal views of the bay on the balcony or from inside.
