Great stay

A great, spacious place with a wonderful location and a terrific view of the mountain. The heated garage was also a nice plus when we left this morning and it was 6 degrees out, and no snow to clear off the car!

Late summer getaway

Loved this condo

The hardest thing about this condo was schlepping our stuff from the parking garage to our unit but we found a cart for when we left.

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect condo for our family with plenty of space. It was very clean which is important to us especially during COVID. The only things that we felt that could be improved was the fireplace and both patio locks. The fire place did not work, the door lock to the patio barely worked and the patio sliding door lock was barely latching. A beautiful place and area. We can’t wait to go back!

Refreshing break for my birthday

Reviewer Comments: The condo is lovely and well furnished.Loved that we had three bedrooms and baths so that everyone could have their own space. The kitchen was pretty well appointed which we enjoyed, as we cooked most of our meals in the condo. A couple of suggestions...the coffee pot needs to be bigger and the filters need to be provided. That little coffee pot and no filters were an aggravation taking away from the experience. Otherwise, we were delighted with our stay. Thank you!

Very good choice for Crested Butte Ski Trip

We were very pleased with our stay in this condo. Furnishings, beds and cleanliness all very good. Kitchen well equipped. Just a short walk across the street thru West Wall Bldg to the lifts. Not slopeside but definately ski in/out and right on bus route. Check in was at Three Seasons Condo Bldg in 2021 but seems to change-make sure you call mgmt before you arrive to prevent confusion as there is no office at bldg. Nice heated underground garage was a real perk. We will stay here again!

A wonderful ski vacation in March

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 5 really enjoyed our ski vacation in Black Bear 210. Access to the slopes was very convenient and to the shuttle to get access to the town of Crested Butte. The condo was perfect with only one issue related to skiing: the unit is sized for 6 people, but we were only given access to one locker. The locker is really only made for 3 sets of adult skis and boots.Despite that one minor issue, we would definitely return.

Great Weekend

The condo was in good shape and clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was great, only 5 min from town and east to get to. It had been a while since someone had stayed there because the master toilet float was stuck and the tank didn’t fill after flushing but we got it working. The coffee pot had a hole and the fireplace didn’t turn on with the switch. I wish parking multiple cars was easier. We met my brothers there and we all came from different directions so we had three cars so the two car limit, even though there were a lot of empty stalls in the garage, was cumbersome but we made it work.

Property is exceptional! Highly recommend.

This property was exceptional! Highly recommend! Beautiful and just like online. The property management company, however, was a dissapointment. All of the codes they gave us for entry were incorrect. We could not access the parking garage or access the building. Luckily we ran into someone who had the correct codes. And operator on call was not helpful. Recommend double verifying all entry codes prior to stay.

Great location and property management team

Property management very helpful with providing numerous sundries beforehand. Kitchen was lacking quite a few things (colander, oven mitts) and the unit needs just some general TLC and repairs. Also, the walls/ceiling must be very thin b/c neighbor noise level is quite loud. Otherwise, a great stay and property management was super responsive to the issues we had.

Beautiful location and nice place, that could be even better

The unit was very nice and as-advertised in most cases. We had a nice multi-generational visit with family.Our only complaint(s) might be that the owner knew we were renting it in early October but did not update the listing or let us know the Hot Tub closed on 10/1. Other minor annoyances were that the cable-tv box did not work in the master bedroom, and the gas fireplace quit working after the first night. Lastly, if I were hosting a unit that slept 6 I would have two folding chairs onhand so that all 6 could eat together at the very large table (this shortcoming was evident in the listing pictures and known by us going in tho, so that's on us).Overall a good stay with a few things that could be improved.

Black Bear 210 - would recommend only with a few fixes

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Black Bear 210 several times and always loved it. However, this unit needs an upgrade! Just a few things that need to be fixed - table is super wobbly, paper products are abysmal and the cheapest possible (this is a luxury rental right?), kitchen needs a new coffee pot (not a 2 cup Mr Coffee maker, no filters), toaster oven barely works and knives are practically unusuable they are so dull....FINALLY - the road outside was under construction and the dust was truly horrible in the unit. We couldn't sit on the balcony or have the windows open. We all left with really red eyes and runny noses. Please let us know next time -

Great Locaion

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo was very clean and the location from the hill was excellent. As noted in previous reviews from 3+ years ago, the fireplace did not work, the furniture was old and uncomfortable, and the dining table only has 4 chairs. CBMR did a great job with having the condo cleaned and ready for guests, but the owners need to step up and get some new furniture, add a few chairs, fix the fireplace, and take the shelves out of the ski locker so you can store more than 2 pair of skis. For the price, the furniture and fireplace NEED to be updated and/or working. The radiant floor heat was horrible. We left the thermostats either off or set at 65F. The temps inside the unit had huge fluctuations. They would range from 64F to 74F, regardless of the time of day. Every night, the until would get very warm, than very cold. We kept lowering the thermostats, but were unable to get consistent temps. We've been coming to CB for 20+ years, have had our own place and also rented, but will not return to this particular unit unless it is updated. It appeared the radiant heating system used was of poor quality and I doubt anything can be done to remedy the huge swings in temps (use of fireplace may help).
