The Gateway Condominium location cannot be beaten for Crested Butte resort access. Most places require additional flights of stairs or schlepping your gear "within walking distance," not here. You are steps away from skiing right outside your door!
Gateway Condominiums offers many great amenities not common in Crested Butte. It has secure, heated underground parking for 1 permitted vehicle, an outdoor communal hot tub, a sauna, a grilling area for entertaining, an outdoor washing station for your summer recreations, and convenient lockers for storing all of your important gear any time of the year.
This popular 3-bedroom, 3 full baths in Mount Crested Butte was recently renovated into a modern ski chalet with thoughtful local touches. Enjoy cooled bedrooms with AIR-CONDITIONED units for added comfort during your stay.
The condo entrance is located on the second floor, has elevator access, and is a two-level condo. Vaulted ceilings create luxurious comfort in the living room complimented by the gas fireplace for warming after a full day's activities. Comfortable seating in the living room, which can be overlooked by the kitchen and dining room. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and lots of granite tile counter space to prep your meals. Seating is available for 6 available at the dining room table with additional room at the kitchen breakfast bar for 4. A lush king bedroom is located off of the living room with itsâ own balcony access for southwestern views of our many mountain ranges. The other two sleeping quarters are on the second floor, one with a king bed and the other with a twin + twin bunk, each with its own flat-screen TV. There is 1 parking permit for the condo. Parking is available in the underground heated garage or in the limited outdoor spaces, but again, it is limited to one vehicle for the property.
The FREE Mountain Express Shuttle runs year-round for transportation to and from the Town of Crested Butte and surrounding areas. Gateway Condominiums is located on the summer town route schedule which is every 20 minutes; shoulder seasons every 40 minutes. In the winter, Gateway Condominiums is on a special condo loop shuttle that picks up every 30 minutes and brings you to the base area. Although this transportation is not needed for ski access.
Crested Butte Lodging & Property Management offers additional services for our guests that others may not. Upon your arrival, youâll find that we supply all linens, towels, and paper goods. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, starter shower kits, coffee packets with powder creamer and sugar, kitchen towels, dish sponges, dish soap, and dish detergent. We also provide towel and trash services for our paying guests every other day. For additional service requests, please contact our office.
Crested Butte Lodging & Property Management also offers ski rental discounts with their premier ski rental partner and #1-voted ski shop, Butte & Co. They are also our preferred summer partner for mountain bike rentals!
