Serendipity is a warm, family friendly home located in the gated Sunrise Beach subdivision next to Gulf Place. With 2,607sq of living (1,890 interior), Serendipity sleeps up to 8 guests and offers 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, multiple porches offering either Gulf or pool views, private fenced, heated pool (heating fee applies, available only March 1st thru May 15th), parking for 3 cars ONLY, Wi-Fi, private neighborhood boardwalk to beach and a short walk to the delightful restaurants, eclectic shops and colorful galleries of local 30A artists in Gulf Place. Daily beach service set-up (4 chairs, 2 umbrellas) is included with your rental!

Please NOTE - On-street parking is prohibited in the neighborhood. Golf carts are allowed, but must be parked in the driveway of the home only and counts as one vehicle toward parking maximum.

Beach Gear Credit
Get UP TO a $560 credit (based on length of stay) toward complementary Beach Gear when you book a Grayt 30A Vacations home! Your gear must be ordered NO LATER THAN 48-hours prior to your arrival date and will be delivered to your home on the day of your arrival. Browse and select available gear online, including bikes, umbrellas, and beach loungers. Please note - some neighborhoods have restrictions on beach chairs/umbrella set-ups; check with us first, so your credit may be utilized for other items. This is where you order bicycles for your stay, utilizing your credit. There are no bikes onsite; they must be rented prior to arrival utilizing this credit.

Please note - if you wish to add pool heating to your stay, the additional fee is $50 per night + tax and must be arranged directly with Grayt 30A Vacations no later than 7-nights/1 week prior to arrival. It is not recommended to heat the pool in colder weather, as heaters will not be able to heat to the desired setting as ambient temperatures fall below 50 degrees. Pool Heat available only March 1st thru May 15th.
