Nyrenoverade gästkvarter i ett modernt hem i det exklusiva Montecito-området i Santa Barbara. Privat ingång. Enkel gata parkering.

Gäster måste avgå ett dussin trappor att komma in.

Ingen luftkonditionering. Inte heller finns det i huvudhuset där vi bor. Sällsynta i Santa Barbara hus på grund av sin kustplats. Detta var aldrig ett problem i åratal men de senaste några somrarna har haft en viss rekordvärme. Vi erbjuder en kraftfull Dyson tower fan och en extra fläkt som gör rummet bekvämt om det finns en "heatwave". Detta är en sällsynt sällsynt händelse.

Huset har utsikt över Montecito Peak och ligger i en avlägsen lugn kanjon.

Stilla havet (vackra Butterfly Beach) - 3 miles.

Uncomfortable to drive to this location after dark.It is also in a remote part of Montecito. Although they said no AC, there is no fan on the premises, and it was very warm when going to bed, Yes, you can request a fan, but it should just be there.Also around 8AM a horn honked from the parking area 2 out of 3 mornings????

Place for a dear friend!

Our 85 year old aunt found the stairs a little scary so we switched her out and put a friend here! She loved the relaxing atmosphere and tranquil setting. Great hosts! Highly recommend!

The studio was exactly as described. It was quiet and extremely comfortable. We used the patio a lot. The hosts were responsive to questions and were very gracious when we managed to lock ourselves out. I would highly recommend this studio. We will be looking to stay again in the future!

Beautiful Montecito stay

We loved our long weekend in Santa Barbara! Location not too far from where we wanted to go and my husband had fun driving through the hills. Small thing but I really liked having the Brita filter pitcher in the mini fridge to fill up my water bottle every day. Only downside was the bed was pretty uncomfortable.

Beautiful getaway

Stayed for 5 nights and loved the place. Beautiful views just a short walk up the hill, open studio layout with a dedicated outdoor spot, and everything you could want to do/eat/drink is under 20 minutes away. We will certainly be back!

Stylish Unit in Beautiful Location

The listing is not too good to be true. The pictures accurately depict this studio unit in the hills of Montecito. Everything was clean, and the check-in process with Lisa was very smooth. I would stay here again over any local hotel, without hesitation.

Quiet Repose

Spacious and modern lower level bungalo with all essential amenities. Our host, Lisa, was very cordial and accommodating. Had a wonderful stay. Would definitely reserve again.
