Winterfell Manor is a quiet and cozy cabin located in the upper Moonridge area and close to all the fun. Cabin is near Bear Mountain Ski Resort, Bear Mountain Golf Course, and the Big Bear Alpine Zoo. Minutes to the Big Bear Lake village for shopping and dining along with other fun activities like bowling and rollercoaster rides. Explore the various hiking trails and off-road trails if four wheeling is more your thing.

WEATHER ADVISORY:
Winter and Snow conditions - Be aware of current weather conditions and road closures. Chains may be required regardless of your vehicle's capability with four wheel drive. Be prepared for a long drive up/down the mountain during inclement weather. Make sure to have a full tank of gas, bring extra water, blankets and food just in case. CARS/PARKING:
Driveway will accommodate 2 vehicles. Any number of vehicles exceeding 2 will incur a fee of $200 per vehicle. If your vehicle is on the street, it may get towed by the city if the snow plows need to go through. This is at the expense and inconvenience of the renter/guest.

OCCUPANCY:
Maximum occupancy is 8 people. This includes children. Occupancy over the limit will result in immediate eviction with no refund. The guest will pay for any fines incurred.

CLEANING/TRASH:
Please wash/clean and put away all dishes, cups, pans, etc. before checking out. You may leave all used towels on the kitchen counter or floor of bathrooms. Beds do not have to be made, you may leave all bedding/sheets on the bed. Trash that is left behind in trash cans anywhere in the cabin will incur a $25 per trash can/bag. You may take it to the dump site listed in our cabin book or use our trash and recycle bins on premises (in the garage).

SECURITY:
There are exterior cameras all around the property and a front door camera for safety reasons. Please do not tamper with the cameras.

FIRE HAZARDS:
Forest Fires and Fire Danger: Please use propane gas grill provided for outdoor cooking. Please do not bring/use charcoal or other open fire cook options because the fire cannot be immediately shut off or contained easily. There is a fire extinguisher in the home located in the hallway near the closet. Let's do our best to remain safe and prevent wildfires.
