The Space:
This gorgeous Studio lock off villa is outfitted with beautiful upgraded flooring throughout. The bedroom has a king bed, cozy fireplace, smart TV, and ample closet space. The spacious en-suite bathroom has a large soaking tub and walk in shower. There is a kitchenette area fully stocked with a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, and dishes/silverware. The private patio overlooks one of the beautiful community fountains.
There are 2 community gas grills just a short walk away, located at the main pool area.

Enjoy plenty of newly installed EV chargers throughout the community!
