Hyra designades av en kÀnd arkitekt som visar stor uppmÀrksamhet pÄ detaljer och uppgraderade ytor. Underbara vÀlvda tak gör denna semesteruthyrning öppen och rymlig. Denna lyxiga 2 sovrum, 1 och 1/2 badrumshyra har en vedeldad spis, trÀgolv, ett mycket stort dÀck och panoramautsikt över kusten. Köket Àr fullt utrustat och accentuerat med rostfria apparater, granitbÀnkar, bondgÄrd diskbÀnk, diskmaskin, glasskÄp och uppgraderad hÄrdvara. This place is just as advertised. The view as soon as you walk in was breathtaking. The furniture is comfortable, and the appliances were surprisingly modern and wellfunctioning. We utilized the beach chairs and boogie boards on the beach. Excellent stay and would recommend. Check in was easy, instructions were clear and the location was convenient to both Malibu beaches and nearby Santa Monica

Wonderful Malibu Retreat by the Ocean

View from the deck of the ocean and pier was stellar. The restful blues and whites of the interior felt perfect. This was a wonderful retreat for my daughter and me.

We stayed here w our two teen boys. The apartment is very clean. There is no AC, but wasn’t necessary even in August. We slept with all windows open and box fans going and were completely comfortable! And got lulled to sleep by the wonderful sounds of the surf, just 20 feet below our apartment. The apartment itself is well stocked, plenty of sand and water toys for the teens, too. VERY clean! I loved that the loveseat and couch coverings were changed after each group of guests. I slept in the open air in the living room every night bec the sound of the ocean was so wonderful!

Carbon Beach Beauty

The Orca condo was fantastic!! The views from the large balcony were spectacular. There was plenty of room, wonderful fire place and the proximity to many wonderful restaurants makes this an ideal location.

Had a great stay!

I had a wonderful stay at the Malibu beach condo. The location was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, and the soothing sound of waves crashing nearby was a real highlight. The only minor drawback was the occasional noise from Pacific Coast Highway 1 (PCH) traffic, but it wouldn't deter me from staying there again.

HIGHLY recommend. The apartment is larger than it seems in the pictures, and is very convenient and comfortable. It's well maintained. The property owner/manager was onsite and made our stay very easy and comfortable. He was very welcoming, too, and made it easy to feel at home. We would easily stay here again.
