Det här är den riktiga saken! Vi är direkt på stranden. Varför nöja dig med en utsikt över stranden, när du kan ha hela havet vid dina fötter! Inte på Crazy Loud PCH, men Malibus bäst bevarade hemliga Malibu Road, nära centrum av staden, shopping och lokala restauranger. Alla sovrum och vardagsrum har utsikt över havet! Mycket sällsynt. Öppet parti till höger och litet hus till vänster. Detta betyder att du har en enorm privat strand.

Ett av de enda utrymmena på malibu-vägen med luftkonditionering! Hyr inte ett utrymme med bara en fläkt. Tvättmaskin i torktumlaren!

Dedikerad parkering ingår för 1 bil.

Jag har en värd på heltid som driver alla mina egenskaper. Hon bor bara några hus bort och är tillgänglig dygnet runt för att hjälpa dig med dina semesterbehov. Strandstolar, grill, restaurangrekommendationer, extra parkering etc.

Vissa husdjur är tillåtna med PRIOR-godkännande. Husdjurshyra är $ 50 per dag.

Ägaren hyr också exotiska bilar, ferrari 458, Bentley flygspor och Porsches. De kan hyras säkert via Turo-appen.

Great place to unwind

Spent 4 nights here to focus on setting new goals for our business. The sound of the waves was relaxing. Our dog Max loved his short walks on the beach.

Malibu perfect!

The condo was perfect for my daughter and I. We enjoyed the sound of the ocean and seeing the dolphin just off the balcony. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable. We loved it and we plan to return. Thank you Marc and Luis for sharing this lovely space with us!

Great Thanksgiving week stay

Very comfortable condo. Great walking beach. Best Malibu location: not on PCH, close to town, 3 grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, Malibu Seafood, and Pier, and was a super easy trip into Palisades (for smoothies at the Erewhon there for our teen) and LA.

We arrived late on a Friday. My sister said do you hear that and stopped moving and I heard the big, loud splash. That is how close we are!!!! Yes! It was Everything and More ! Breathtaking view! My stay was short but I now know where to come again. I highly recommend it. I cooked early in the morning so I can enjoy the rest of the weekend. It felt like home for that short moment!

A Malibu Dream

WOW. First of all…WHAT A VIEW. From start to finish, the hosts were kind and easy to communicate with. The condo was so clean, beautifully decorated and a spectacular kitchen - which provided waters and Keurig + pods! Beds were super comfortable which is a rare find! This perfect rental is perched on top of the brightest blue slice of ocean. Pure sand, no rocks, no tourists and perfectly clean water made for optimal swimming and relaxing. Tommy Bahama chairs and beach towels were provided! Neighbors were lovely. The location is magnificent too! Close to Malibu Country Mart, restaurants, grocery, but is tucked away on Malibu Road which made it feel quaint, safe and private versus property located off the PCH. It was the most magical and perfect staycation to ring in my 30th birthday with my family. It was so hard to leave, but we will be back!!! I’ve already recommended this rental to others!

Nice place for a family

Rooms are spacious and clean. Well prepared supplies for us to cook and clean. Nice view. The feet rinse faucet by the beach comes in handy.

Beautiful spot by the ocean

This home was wonderful. The view was of waves, birds, sand and dolphins. The street was quiet. Good location as it was near beaches and canyons. Close to Venice and Santa Monica as well as The Valley. Space was open and light. Easy to talk to host about anything.

Location, location, location

Incredible location directly on the beach. We saw a dolphin pod swimming near the shore. We watched the pelicans fish time and again. The sunrises are epic. Many great experiences to be had. The condo itself is good, but not luxury. The owner and manager are quick to respond to any questions and are very helpful.

Perfect for our family!

Location is great! This house is right on the beach. My 11 year old daughter wanted to be on the beach 24/7 so it was nice to be able to sit on our patio and keep our eyes on her without having to be right there with her 24/7. Communication with our host was easy. He was very responsive and made our check-in easy! thank you!

I wanted to be on the ocean and I was not disappointed. The water comes up to the house at high tide

Easy to check in and out. Host was available for questions and I found everything I needed in the house. I was most concerned with being on the water and this location was not a disappointment. I loved the location.

Wonderful Getaway

This property was everything I hoped for. A wonderful location that lived up to what it promised. Walks on the beach everyday and ocean breezes every evening. An overall wonderful atmosphere. Well maintained, and the host was quick to respond to any questions I had. I will definitely be back.

Wonderful Malibu experience

We had a wonderful time here in Malibu. The private beach, view, and listening to the ocean waves were peaceful and breathtaking. This was our first VRBO experience and it couldn’t have been better. We had all the amenities we could have needed. We’ll certainly be back soon!
