This beautiful 1150 square foot Sunrise condo is nicely furnished and features a King sized bed in the master, with private bath and a Queen bed and size twin bed in the second bedroom, also with private bath. Ocean view of the Pacific. This home sleeps up to five in beds. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.

The large, gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, cookware, granite countertops, and wood cabinets. Free Wi-Fi, Cable TV and 24 hour security included in the rate. Daily maid service available for an additional fee. All linens are provided. Flat Screen in living room and MBR. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. Washer/Dryer in unit. Large, resort style pool with cascading waterfall and plenty of space to relax. Only steps to famous Tamarindo Beach!

As a guest of this property, we also include a complimentary welcome basket with coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soaps. The condo is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler and more!!!

Awesome location, very clean, ac works amazing. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Easy to walk everywhere. The ocean view is more of a peek a boo, The team is very responsive. The unit is fully stocked with all kitchen supplies. Very happy with the decision to stay.

Perfect spot in Tamarindo!

Could not be happier with our stay at Sunrise Condos! Everything was fantastic! Accurate description of the condo itself with photos that clearly depicted the space. Beds were SO comfy and cozy! Location was perfect! Right in the heart of Tamarindo but set back enough that at night it was quiet and peaceful. Great having an off-street parking space for our car which helped since we walked almost everywhere in town. Communication with host was easy, fast and helpful! Will certainly consider another stay on our next trip. Only negative (which really cannot be helped) is that we had to keep the curtains shut most of the day so the sun would not heat up the interior (didn't want to overuse the AC) and the movement of furniture from the condo above in the early am was VERY loud (but the only noise we really heard) SUPER SUPER stay!

Great time in Tamarindo

Despite unusual rain brought on by a tropical storm, we had a great time on our trip. Tamarindo is a cool place, and our condo was very comfortable with a good view.

Tamarindo for a family wedding.

The property was very nice, very secure. Right in town so within walking distance of everything. The pool was beautiful. The condo well stocked if you plan on cooking while there. Laundry in the home was convenient. Rooms were large, beds very comfortable. Have what I hope is a minor issue on an additional fee I am unaware of. As for the home it was wonderful.

Excellent value for an 1100 square foot 2 bedroom 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, balcony, washer, dryer, large clean pool with waterfall, pleasant guest and gated security guard. Just across the street from the beach and nearby grocery store, restaurants, attractions. Would definitely stay there again if In Tamarindo

Great stay, location, overall experience!

I truly enjoyed staying in the unit. Very well maintained, in a great location. Private parking, security at the entrance and pool. The overall process was very simple and the property manager was very responsive. The rooms were large and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing view with great convenience

The title says it all. This unit has everything you would want for all ages and family sizes. We spent 10 days in this unit and had a great time. The pool was amazing and the grounds were kept extremely clean. The beach was only steps away. The town of Tamarindo has a lot to offer. If you book a vacation at this unit you will not be disappointed.

Comfortable and fun stay!

We have stayed in the Sunrise a few times and this was our favorite unit by far! The accommodations were very comfortable and the rental company was very responsive when needed. We could not get the tv to work beyond local channels, but this wasn't a big deal for us. Will return!

Nice place, as advertised. Central location, easy to get to beach and downtown area. Pool was a nice add on after being in the ocean. Loved the geckos on the patio at night. Felt safe from the bugs.

Tamarindo Time

Had an amazing time in Tamarindo! The condo was perfect, just what our family of 3 was looking for! Very clean upon arrival and well stocked. It was great to have towels and beach chairs as well as beach umbrellas available for our use. As owners of 2 VRBO properties, we felt this was a great one! Kelly and Olber went above and beyond for us! Helping book a snorkeling excursion and helping all along the way! Hope others enjoy Sunrise 38 as much as we did.

Sunrise Condos

We loved our 5 days at the Sunrise Condos! Very well located right across from Tamarindo Beach, walking distance to many restaurants and short drive to major supermarket. The Blue Zone agents who manage the apartment were quick to respond to issues that arose and fixed the problems quickly. The apartment itself was very clean and well stocked and the pool is very nice. The only thing that is missing are some beach chairs and an umbrella. Although those can be rented at Tamarindo beach, it would have been nice to have them when visiting the other more quiet beaches. Overall we had a great stay!

Location, location, location!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay with my two girlfriends. As my girlfriends are beach lovers, the location was perfect for them to walk every day to the beach. As my husband is not a big beach goer the pool was a great alternative. The condo is located to many restaurants and markets. A perfect stay. The concierge service was one of the best we have ever experienced. I definitely give Sunrise a five-star rating.
