Perfect for Mayo Clinic patients. This home features two main floor bedrooms and a main floor bath. A master bedroom with a second bathroom and guest laundry are available in the lower level. Off street parking for one vehicle is included. This home has a large backyard space and front porch for sipping coffee. We are located within easy walking distance of Mayo Clinic. Additional features include an electric fireplace, two TVs, a fully remodeled kitchen and all of the small details that make it feel like home.

Very clean and everything worked. We stayed near the hospital because my daughter was having surgery. Very convenient and close to both of the hospital campuses which is what we wanted. Area seemed safe.

Beautiful and very cozy stay, perfect especially if you are in town visiting Mayo Clinic. Very nice residential neighborhood less than 10 minutes from Mayo even with the construction all over downtown Rochester. Very clean, beautifully decorated and well supplied in all rooms and areas of the home. And the hosts were wonderful, so nice and immediately responsive to any questions. We loved our stay in this house and will definitely book again for any future visits!

I stayed here while I had several days of appointments at Mayo. Located in a quiet neighborhood and easy walk to Mayo, this was perfect. The home is absolutely charming and has everything you need. Things went seamlessly from check in to check out. Property manager responded promptly to questions and was great to work with when I needed a little extra time to check out. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Lovely property and gracious property manager. Proximity to Mayo Clinic can't be beat. If you are looking for a clean, spacious, sunlight filled home in a quiet neighborhood, you can't go wrong with this historic home. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay!

We had a great stay. The house was big enough for everyone to enjoy their own space and then come together for meals. Very clean and decorated very cute. Plenty of towels and extras little blankets. The hospital is a short 10 minute walk away and everything else you could need is super close by! The owner responds to messages quickly and the neighbors are all so kind! Would stay again and highly recommend!

Good Place When Visiting Mayo

The house was very nice, clean and comfortable just as advertised. The location was great. Just a few minutes from Mayo clinic and St.Mary's hospital. We had a couple questions and Jessie and Jake were super responsive.

The Craftsman is easily a favorite! With close proximity to the essentials and the Mayo campus, plus just being a well-appointed and super cozy home, you can be assured this rental is an excellent choice for your Rochester stay! Above and beyond

We were scheduled for a five-day stay that ended up being more. The hosts were beyond accommodating with our tentative timeline as we awaited test results that determined the length of our visit. I cannot imagine being any more comfortable and in close proximity to the Mayo facilities we needed. Many thanks to the responsive hosts who made sure we had what we needed. I’d 100 percent recommend this comfortable place to anyone needing a stay in Rochester. It’s close to everything you could need.

Home away from home

I am traveling cross country with my husband and wanted to go to the Minnesota State fair and didn't want to be to close to fair grounds. This home is lovely and it had everything we needed. Host was great and came over right over to help us old folks figure out wifi on tv. We would definitely stay again! o.tvstayagaipassing thru

Could not have gone more smoothly. Jake was so kind and so accommodating. Anytime I messaged, he responded immediately. The house was darling, comfortable and so CLEAN! If we ever come back to Rochester, we are staying here!

Great House and Location for visiting Mayo

My wife had appointments at the Mayo Clinic spread out over 6 days and this was a perfect house and location for that. The house was very clean and recently upgraded, and it looks exactly like the pictures in the listing. The kitchen was also well stocked. The neighborhood was very quiet, but close enough to the Clinic that we walked to all of her appointments, as it was only a few blocks away. If you need to go to the Mayo Clinic Hospital, it is also about the same distance as to the Clinic/Gonda Building. Several restaurants are also nearby. The hosts were exceptional, as they were extremely nice, and flexible with a special request we had. They were also fast to respond to the couple of questions we had. Having the desk downstairs, plus fast internet made it handy to get some work done during our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we have to make a return trip to the Clinic.

Amazing hosts, property & location!

Wow! What an amazing property, host and experience! It is exactly what you see in the pictures and more. From the start the host was very quick to respond to my initial questions. They then checked in with us on the day of our arrival to let us know the house was ready and to be sure to let them know if we needed anything. Upon arriving, we (5 adults) were greeted with a personalized welcome message. How thoughtful! The home was extremely clean and refreshingly decorated. The 3 queen rooms were comfortable and with ample space for any length of stay. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus. Seating for 6 in the living room and dining room was perfect. The laundry area is a fantastic option for the longer stays. The personal touch of the coffee area was a big hit! The desk downstairs allowed for a great work station. During our stay we used the internet daily be it for work (VPN), gaming or movies. Not once did it lag even when being used in various ways at the same time for lengthy periods of time. Great connection and speed all around. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location. Anything you need this home has. I cannot say enough amazing things about this home, the hosts and our overall experience! I would give this VRBO a 10 if possible. We will not stay anywnere else if in the area again. Thank you for making our visit feel like a home away from home during our time there! Truly a blessing!

We will be back!

This is a great place. It looks and feels like a completely new renovation. Very clean, cozy, and friendly. Hosts had a quick response to any questions. They are definitely on their way to being “Super Hosts”! Walking distance to Mayo Clinic is very convenient. We will definitely book again on our next visit to Rochester.
