Privately tucked away near the center of the island, just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach (two blocks away), our home is close to restaurants and shopping. This nicely appointed 3 bedroom and 2 bath pool home is surrounded by beautiful gardens, raised beds, large outdoor patio surrounding a beautiful pool and a large outside seating area featuring a large fire pit. This area, is a great place to relax and gaze at the stars while enjoying the peace and tranquility of this exclusive location. Upstairs, you will find a large sitting porch overlooking this island oasis, this is perfect place to take in the ambiance of this quiet retreat with your morning coffee.

Inside you are met by a large living and kitchen area with soaring vaulted ceilings and amazing decorative woodwork. The living area features a 65" TV with access to all online streaming services including Youtube TV, Max, and Netflix. The home features 2 bedrooms on the main level, one queen bed with an en suite and one king bed suite just adjacent to the common bathroom. Upstairs features a crows nest sleeping area with a 360 view of the surrounding area, with one full bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and ample storage for your personal effects.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals for your group. Featuring place settings for 8-10 individuals, as well as all of the kitchen hardware needed to prepare those home cooked meals. There is also a grilling area featuring a charcoal grill and outdoor cooking station. The home does have residential laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer. Outside you will find a nice outdoor shower and fish cleaning station.

Home is equipped with a lift to the first level. There is plenty of covered parking under the house and a long driveway with room to park your boat.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
