Rayann Beach House @ Three Sisters 'Rocks, som ligger fem minuters bilfÀrd frÄn Exumas internationella flygplats och 15 minuters bilresa frÄn George Town, den största staden i Great Exuma Island, Àr en 2-berÀttelse hus som har tvÄ x 2 sovrum, 2 och en halv badrum lÀgenheter. En enhet kallas "Ray" och den andra enheten heter "Ann". BÄde Ray och Ann övre nivÄ hus 2 sovrum och 2 badrum. Varje rum har en balkong. Det stora sovrummet har en panoramautsikt över havet. nedervÄningen Àr köket, en halv badrum och en matsal och lounge. En dubbel fransk dörr vetter mot en privat veranda med en fantastisk utsikt över havet. Det finns takflÀktar i alla rum och central luftkonditionering.

Sandaler Resort (formerly Four Seasons) Greg Norman Golf Course och Marina kan nÄs pÄ 8 minuter med bil. En nÀrbutik ligger pÄ gÄngavstÄnd. Större livsmedelsbutiker, en hÀlsoanlÀggning, banker med bankomater finns i George Town.
En bÄttur till norra Exuma Cays skulle vara mest spÀnnande att se simning svin, leguaner, och den berömda James Bond Thunderball Grotto Cave.

We cannot say enough about our stay at RayAnn’s during the first week of September 2025. We had the beach to ourselves all week. We toured the island and all of the popular beach spots but never stayed more than 15 minutes because the beach at RayAnn’s was so much better.Mildred is a delightful host and you can tell that she enjoys hosting folks at their property. Everyone on the island that asked us where we were staying had nothing but great things to say about her and her family.This was our first trip to the Bahamas and RayAnn’s (and Mildred) has spoiled us. We agreed that we would now make a trip to Exuma a regular occurrence. We made note of other places to stay on the island as we toured around, but we all agreed that no other accommodations could compare with RayAnn’s!

Exuma

The property was exactly what we were looking for, clean, comfortable and located on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach and water we have ever seen. The host was great, attentive to any issues and very helpful with information. The kitchen was well supplied with all of the cooking utensils needed to prepare great meals. We absolutely will recommend this property to all our friends.

Excellent stay at Rayann’s

Wonderful family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is beautiful and the beach is quiet which was perfect for relaxation. Mildred was very communicative and helpful in all areas. The house is comfortable for a family of 4 with two small children.

Best location ever!

I cannot say enough about this place. It is on the most beautiful beach where we only saw other humans twice during our entire trip. Just 5 stairs down and we were on the most gorgeous, isolated beach. We spent a lot of time exploring other beaches, and all agreed that our favorite one was the right in our own yard. The house was everything we needed, and the owners were so helpful, meeting us right after our flight arrived so we could check in early. We could not have had a better time or a better place to stay!

Loved everything

The hosts were fabulous and so responsive to any of our needs. The beach was literally 20 steps from the deck. The hosts were gracious enough to bring a birthday cake for my best friend and husband who both turned 50 which was the reason for the trip. We can't wait to come back!

Loved our stay!

We stayed in “Ray” for a week and were greeted by Mildred with a fresh loaf of bread and cold drinks in the fridge. Communication with her and Isadora leading up to the trip and while we were there was wonderful. The place was perfect for the two of us and you can’t beat the views. We can’t thank them enough for their kindness and hospitality, especially when they let us add an extra night at the last minute, without hesitation, when our flight home was cancelled. Thank you again for everything
we can’t wait to come back!

Dream Vacation

We stayed in Ray’s and it was absolutely perfect! The house has the most gorgeous views and was extremely clean. Mildred and Isadora took great care of us! It is located in the middle of the island to allow for exploring easily either way. We cannot day enough great things about RayAnn’s or Exuma!

Relaxation at its best

RayAnn's Beach House

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The property had everything we needed and the proximity to the beach was perfect. We spent almost all of our time there and were basically the only people around. Mildred was super helpful and quick to answer all questions. She even provided us with a local cell phone for easy contact to her. We would definitely recommend and will be going back!

Awesome holiday

Stayed on Ray side for two weeks. Perfect location close enough to everything! Kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect spot to relax and forget the real world. Everyone on the island was super friendly. We had an issue with the AC unit and it was fixed the same day! Mildred was lovely to deal with, quick to respond to any questions and even left us a cell phone to use for local phone calls! We are already planning a return trip!!!

Perfect Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Rayanns. The property is perfect! The unit was spacious and super clean. The outdoor deck was also great and of course that beach! So beautiful. Neither of us like sitting in the direct heat of the sun so we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that we took with us on the beach in front of Rayanns and when we explored other beaches. Mildred and Isadora were absolute delights to work with. We loved Exuma and hope to return to Rayanns again!

Beautifully Quiet on the Beach

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The beach house is only 6 minutes from the airport on a sparsely developed section of 3 Sisters beach. It was almost like we had the beach to ourselves. The property was spotless and very well appointed. Small convenience stores and restaurants were only a short drive away. Mildred met us upon arrival and after a thorough walk-through of the property and she answered all our initial questions. Without any unexpected issues we soaked up the sun and sand.

Hidden Gem

This house was 5 minutes from the airport, centrally located on the island, and Mildred is a sweet heart! I highly recommend this for you and your spouse, you and four girlfriends or guy friends, or a family of four! Beautiful beach right outside your door! We rented a car and explored the whole island. The people is great Exuma are so kind. Mildred bought us a bottle of wine for our ten year anniversary! Beds are comfy, house was so clean, there is a washer and dryer! Highly highly recommend!

Rayann’s Beach House

We had an amazing time at Rayann’s! The unit was just as described - very clean and very comfortable! It is steps from the beach. The views are incredible. There’s really no need to visit a ton of other beaches because one of the prettiest ones is right out your back door! The best part is that it’s very centrally located. Head south and you’re in Georgetown. Head north and you’re near the resorts and great restaurants. It truly is the best little beach house. Thank you, Mildred and Isadora, for letting us enjoy your place for the week! We’ll be back!

Perfect place for family of 4!

We absolutely loved our stay at Rayann’s Beach House. We have two teenagers who shared the room with twin beds. The master overlooked the turquoise blue waters of Exuma. This house has views like no other. It felt like a private beach which was just what we were looking for! The house had everything we needed. It was nice to have a stocked kitchen we were able to easily cook in if we wanted to. Mildred and Isadora were very easy to get ahold of if needed and were so helpful and kind. We snorkeled right there on the beach and even out to the 3 sisters rocks and saw so many beautiful fish. We will definitely be going back to the Exumas and this will be our first choice of where to stay!

Adventures Abound

Our spring break to the Exumas couldn’t have been better! Having Rayanns as our home base made our trip so comfortable. Mildred and Isadora have thought of every detail. From a beautiful clean home on the beach with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of beach towels to the wealth of information they gave us about the islands....they thought of everything. Stepping onto the beach from the deck of Rayanns was priceless. We had the beach to ourselves! The central location made exploring the island easy. We used the washer and dryer daily. We cooked all of our dinners at home. Our favorite market for food was Prime. And renting a boat in the harbor made for two days of some of our most memorable adventures! We will be back!

Incredible place

Rayanns was spectacular. From the moment I pulled up I was in awe. Breathtaking views from the living room and master bedroom. The checkin was a dream thanks to Mildred who met me earlier than the designated check in time to accommodate me since my flight arrived early and the checkout was just as easy, when I was unable to get a cab she kindly drove me to the airport TOP NOTCH SERVICE which I am greatly appreciative for. They have everything you could need for a beach trip, snorkeling gear, folding beach chairs you can take out to the water, beach towels, even sunscreen to get you started in case you forgot your own. Everything was very clean, stocked with extra toilet paper, towels, and paper towels. My only recommendation is to bring food to this heavenly place because restaurants are terribly slow and they have everything you need in the rental INCLUDING a bbq pit outside!! Thank you Rayanns for being everything I could imagine and more!
