Denna lyxiga strandstadsbostad har fem sovrum, fyra badrum och en privat plaska med utsikt över stranden och sover 16 bekvämt. Huset har ett exklusivt vardagsrum, granit bänkskivor i köket med rostfria vitvaror och hårda trägolv under andra och tredje våningen.

Detta hem är det perfekta huset för familjeåterförening eller strandbröllop. Titta på solnedgången från någon av de tre Gulf Front balkongerna, ta en paus från stranden och slappna av i poolen vid Gulf Front, eller spendera dagen på Frangista Beach community pool. Detta är det perfekta huset för att komma bort från allt och bo i Bliss. På första våningen finns en våningssäng med två våningssängar (full över full) och en plattskärms-TV och ett gästrum med en queen size-säng och bäddsoffa, privat badrum, minibar och privat balkong framför balkongen. På andra våningen hittar du köket fullt utrustat med alla apparater du behöver, matsal med plats för 6 vid bordet och 2 mer i baren, vardagsrum med platt-TV, Gulf Front balkong med mer sittplatser att njuta av , Vyer från viken från alla vinklar, ett gästrum med 1 queen size-säng och ett gästtoalett. Den tredje våningen är värd sovrummet med en king size-säng, privat Gulf Front balkong, privat badrum med badkar, duschkabin och dubbla fåfänga, och ett annat gäst sovrum med en king size-säng och privat badrum.
Medan du är här ligger den gateda Frangista Beach grannskapsbassenget inom bekvämt gångavstånd, och uppvärms under svalare månader. Du kan också göra din väg till fots till flera matsalar, och närliggande isbutik! Frangista Beach ligger centralt längs Scenic 98 i Miramar Beach, och ligger i hjärtat av restauranger, nöjes- och shoppingområden i området mellan Destin Commons och Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Great Place!

Wonderful View

Excellent Beach House

We loved the house, there was plenty of space. Every floor had a beautiful view of the ocean. The house was clean when we arrived and had everything we could possibly need. The people at Frangista Properties could not have been more helpful and accommodating! We will definitely be back!

Bliss on the Beach

We had an amazing time. The property was fully stocked with the basic essentials. It was a little smaller than we thought it would be compared to the photos however, it was not a problem. The 3rd floor Master bedroom has a million dollar view! Hope to revisit soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect weather, perfect week!

The condo was very nice. Clearly it has been very loved and enjoyed by others because the floors look a bit worn along with the kitchen. But that’s okay! We loved it too. The location to the beach was a huge plus! Was a bit bummed that the AC had to stay at 72. That’s warm for us older women. I keep my own house at 69 and sleeping in 72 degrees made for hot nights. Our family is large and all of the spacious rooms were a plus. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect. You walk down the steps and you are on the beach. The area was close to everything. My issue with the house is it can definitely be cleaner. The showers had black mold in the corners and there was hair left on the walls. The kitchen cabinet where the trash can is located was broken and wouldn’t close all the way. The house really just needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned. If those issues are addressed I would definitely stay there again. Overall we had a great vacation!

This property was further down and closer to a younger crowd. The year before we stayed at Frangista Tide and I believe I prefer that location better. However, the stay was very nice. The cocktail pool heater had to be replaced but management was very helpful and quick to get it fixed. Frangista is an amazing place to experience Destin.

House is overall nice! Beds were comfortable! Nice location. Washing machine broke while we were there, but the rental management company was VERY good about getting it fixed and helping us out with washing some of our stuff in the meantime! Living room furniture (couch and recliner) was NOT comfortable. Kitchen needs updating. Bottom floor bathroom has no counter top because of pedestal sink which makes it hard when traveling. Otherwise, great place!

The House was very dated and was over due for many of the appliances, Kitchen utilities and TV's would be great if they were smart TV's. We had to purchase a Roku to use apps. You could tell it was a rental for sure, due to heavy signs of usage. But overall it was satisfactory.

Fabulous Frangista Bliss

Only problem was that one air conditioner quit working one night, but William dispatched an AC repairman who knew what the problem was and had it fixed quickly. Already talking about going back. Only dissatisfaction was the lack of lights in the elevator. But we adjusted.

Amazing location and views

The staff were incredibly helpful and checked in throughout our stay to assure things were going well. We would definitely stay here again. The negatives from our stay were that the floors seemed to not be clean. I had a little one crawling on the floor and his skin on his knees and tops of his feet were discolored brown from the floors. The dishes that were put away in the cabinets also has food particles left on them from the previous guests. The rest of the house and furniture seemed clean. A few of my party were displeased with the AC having to be set no lower than did get a bit toasty at times with our group hanging out together on the main level. With all that being said we would definitely stay again.
