Denna lyxiga strandstadsbostad har fem sovrum, fyra badrum och en privat plaska med utsikt över stranden och sover 16 bekvämt. Huset har ett exklusivt vardagsrum, granit bänkskivor i köket med rostfria vitvaror och hårda trägolv under andra och tredje våningen.

Detta hem är det perfekta huset för familjeåterförening eller strandbröllop. Titta på solnedgången från någon av de tre Gulf Front balkongerna, ta en paus från stranden och slappna av i poolen vid Gulf Front, eller spendera dagen på Frangista Beach community pool. Detta är det perfekta huset för att komma bort från allt och bo i Bliss. På första våningen finns en våningssäng med två våningssängar (full över full) och en plattskärms-TV och ett gästrum med en queen size-säng och bäddsoffa, privat badrum, minibar och privat balkong framför balkongen. På andra våningen hittar du köket fullt utrustat med alla apparater du behöver, matsal med plats för 6 vid bordet och 2 mer i baren, vardagsrum med platt-TV, Gulf Front balkong med mer sittplatser att njuta av , Vyer från viken från alla vinklar, ett gästrum med 1 queen size-säng och ett gästtoalett. Den tredje våningen är värd sovrummet med en king size-säng, privat Gulf Front balkong, privat badrum med badkar, duschkabin och dubbla fåfänga, och ett annat gäst sovrum med en king size-säng och privat badrum.
Medan du är här ligger den gateda Frangista Beach grannskapsbassenget inom bekvämt gångavstånd, och uppvärms under svalare månader. Du kan också göra din väg till fots till flera matsalar, och närliggande isbutik! Frangista Beach ligger centralt längs Scenic 98 i Miramar Beach, och ligger i hjärtat av restauranger, nöjes- och shoppingområden i området mellan Destin Commons och Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Kom och slappna av och komma ifrån allt i Frangista Bliss!

Great spot!

10 adults ranging from 70s to 12. Parents/Grandparents, adult kids and their adult kids. Some single, some married, one expecting - all had a great time. The splash pool didn’t get used (but interesting). The community pool was very nice, but didn’t get used either. The beach was wonderful, the umbrella set up and owner’s umbrellas and chairs were great! Non-stick Pots and pans were really scratched up - I bought an inexpensive set and left it. Use plastic utensils! The grill was great. It was all a very nice vacation - room for all! The back yard beach was perfect as were the decks! We had a great time - thanks! Beach was not crowded!!

Great Place!

2023 family vacation

It was a great week in Destin!

Frangista Bliss

House is overall nice! Beds were comfortable! Nice location. Washing machine broke while we were there, but the rental management company was VERY good about getting it fixed and helping us out with washing some of our stuff in the meantime! Living room furniture (couch and recliner) was NOT comfortable. Kitchen needs updating. Bottom floor bathroom has no counter top because of pedestal sink which makes it hard when traveling. Otherwise, great place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect. You walk down the steps and you are on the beach. The area was close to everything. My issue with the house is it can definitely be cleaner. The showers had black mold in the corners and there was hair left on the walls. The kitchen cabinet where the trash can is located was broken and wouldn’t close all the way. The house really just needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned. If those issues are addressed I would definitely stay there again. Overall we had a great vacation!

The House was very dated and was over due for many of the appliances, Kitchen utilities and TV's would be great if they were smart TV's. We had to purchase a Roku to use apps. You could tell it was a rental for sure, due to heavy signs of usage. But overall it was satisfactory.

Amazing location and views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space, location and beach accessibility were amazing! The staff were incredibly helpful and checked in throughout our stay to assure things were going well. We would definitely stay here again. The negatives from our stay were that the floors seemed to not be clean. I had a little one crawling on the floor and his skin on his knees and tops of his feet were discolored brown from the floors. The dishes that were put away in the cabinets also has food particles left on them from the previous guests. The rest of the house and furniture seemed clean. A few of my party were displeased with the AC having to be set no lower than did get a bit toasty at times with our group hanging out together on the main level. With all that being said we would definitely stay again.

Great summer spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was wonderful. We had a party of 8, 6 adults and 2 kids. The main living room is kind of small for a 5 bedroom house and the dining table only sat 6 (both seemed small for a big house). The house is right on the beach, great location with beautiful sand and beach. One complaint I have is that there were no bathmats or towel hooks in the bathrooms. The floors got slippery when getting out of the shower and there was no where to hang your hand towels in master. A small complaint, but kind of simple to fix. The hot tub on bottom floor was very nice to have and worked great during our stay. All in all, we loved the house, but not sure if we would return again with the high price tag.

Family fun

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week here with all of our children and grandchildren. The property was right on the beach and close to the community pool. Other amenities were all around us. We appreciated getting a text informing us that our unit was available a little early, allowing us to enter and begin our fun week. The unit was clean, cool and everything was in working order. The townhouse was a duplex, but we never heard any noise from our neighbors! During the week, management was very prompt and professional in resolving our questions and issues. We appreciated the phone calls we received during our stay just to check on us and make sure everything was okay. Our only negative was that the living space was a little small for 11 people and the street noise was a bit loud late at night and early in the morning.
