Located just 8 minutes from Downtown Tempe and the popular Mill Avenue shopping and restaurant area, this stunning property is the perfect retreat for family gatherings, golf trips, bachelor/ette celebrations, or just a relaxing getaway.
Nestled in a serene setting, this enchanting single story 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a perfect blend of sunshine, tranquility, and family fun. The home features thoughtful design touches throughout, including cozy seating areas, stylish decor, and all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Whether you're lounging in the living room, cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoying a game of cornhole in the back yard, you will never have a dull moment of fun.

Pool Heating is by request only at a charge of $50 per day. If you would like the pool heated please let us know prior to your arrival.

We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.

• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)

This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

Special Stay

Property was very clean except some staining and floating debris in the pool. Luckily it didn't matter to us as everything else was super cute and well kept. Super comfortable bedding and decor. Would highly recommend. Neighborhood is awesome just a little dark at night.

difficult check-in but beautiful space

The check-in process was painful. I was asked to upload pictures of my ID and payment card plus a selfie to the property management website. Even after doing so, I had to call the office multiple times to obtain complete check-in information. Initially I was told "there is no key code for the door," but ultimately there was a code, which I received hours after the scheduled check-in time. Once inside the house, we were impressed by the spaciousness. We could not get the main living room television to work but the smaller living room TV worked perfectly, as did the bedroom TVs. I was disappointed that the host declined to heat the pool; the temperature was nice during daylight but far too cold after sunset (when we primarily wished to use the pool). We appreciated the ample available towels and pool toys. There were some small stains on the duvet of the master suite. I thought it was a little odd that the fitted sheet was zipped on the mattress, when we were instructed to remove the sheets before leaving. Check-out was almost as esoteric as check-in. The trash barrel was full, so we could not place our garbage there as instructed. Overall a nice and fairly comfortable comfortable location.

Great home, very comfortable for large family or group

Beautiful home and outdoor space in Tempe. We didn’t need to leave property for anything else other than groceries. Pool was perfect temperature (May). Grill did not have any propane, had to refill out of pocket so hopefully the next guests enjoy ;)
