Oceans Pointe, a Nantucket condo on the Bay & Pool

Summary:
Welcome to Oceans Pointe, a Nantucket inspired condo 10 feet off the beautiful Tampa Bay. Located inside a private resort, our vacation home has all the resort amenities including a year-round heated pool, a private beach (non-swimming), fishing pier, sundeck and loungers, bar & grill (with breakfast), convenience store, 24/7 gated security, outdoor fitness center, and free parking! There's also free internet & Wi-Fi for business travelers and complimentary coffee with every stay!

The Space:
A rental agreement must be signed and a legal form of ID must be provided along with a verification photo. This will all come directly from our company, Tampa Vacation Collection.

Oceans Pointe is a newly renovated one bath, one bedroom condominium on the Tampa Bay. We're located on the second floor of the Sailport building (there are two elevators) and we're at the further tip of the building sticking onto the water (meaning we have the most direct and uninterrupted views of the bay, wildlife, and sunsets!)

Our bedroom has a new queen bed and a flat screen Roku TV with access to all the viewing channels. The living area is stylishly designed with a very comfortable sofa and recliner, facing a large entertainment center with another Roku TV and an electric fireplace for movie nights or cozying up to watch the sun set in the evening! The sofa does pull out into a sofa bed, allowing us to accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably!

The full kitchen has brand new appliances including a double door fridge/freezer and coffee maker (coffee provided)! There are 4 barstools at the breakfast counter making it a great spot for couples dinner night or family get together!

The absolute best part - we have the most well-positioned balcony in the entire building, with a beautiful panoramic view of the crystal blue ocean water, the dolphins swimming by, and the glimmer of the sun as it rises and sets. You can sit there peacefully, taking in the view day or night. We also have a table so you can enjoy your meals or cocktails at happy hour!

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire resort and its amenities. As a private condo, we do not have control over any of the amenities and therefore are not in a position to guarantee they're all working at all times. If an issue arises, simply notify us so we can contact the resort.

The Neighborhood:
Rocky Point is a tourism spot with hotels, condos, and some restaurants and bars. It's safe, fun, and very friendly!

Getting Around:
Lots of restaurants and bars are within walking distance (ask for recs). We also have a small, on-site convenience store with basic supplies like snacks, wine & beer, toilet paper, coffee, etc. Note, we do not manage the store and therefore cannot guarantee supply.

Other Things to Note:
This home is professionally managed by the Tampa Vacation Collection, a 24/7 premium vacation rental management company. We're available at all hours, every day of the week. When you book, you'll be contacted by our 813 concierge number. This number is monitored 24/7 by our staff and is the best means of communication including for receiving instructions.
