Njut av en avkopplande vistelse på vingården i detta nyrenoverade hus. Omfamna allt som Marthas Vineyard har att erbjuda och återgå sedan till ett lugnt hus på en skuggig tomt, tillbaka från Edgartown Road.

En kort 15 minuters promenad från Steamship Authority färjedock vid Vineyard Haven.

Vårt hus har en nylig ombyggnad som inkluderade ett nytt kök, ny kakel i baden, nya fåfänglighet, all ny färg genom hela och nya trägolv på första våningen.

Sovrummet på första våningen har privat badrum och privat tillgång till däck.

Det finns två sovrum på övervåningen; det ena med två sängar, och det andra med en dubbelsäng och privat tillgång till badrummet.

Husets huvudområde är en öppen planlösning med ljusa katedraltak.

Good location

House is a good location in Vineyard Haven. About a 15 to 20 minute walk into town, shopping/coffee places available. Quiet street. the only issue we had was trying to communicate with the owner as we had a few questions prior to and receive minimal response from in the end it was OK but would've been nice to have. The questions answered. It is not listed however there are linens included, and there are four beach chairs available for use.

Good place for a few nights

Nice location and nice home overall but the back deck needs some work. It’s not very inviting as the furniture is not in great condition and the deck needs a fresh coat of paint. Having no AC was not that bad even for July but it would help if all fans worked well. Luckily we brought our own portable fans. Loved the outdoor shower! The beds were just ok but I slept fine because we were so tired from being out all day. All in all a good place to hang your hat while enjoying MV.

Charming home, quiet location

Lovely property, quiet location and yet very convenient to town and the ferry. Well stocked home and the owner is extremely responsive, quick to answer questions. We had a delightful stay!

Great spot to stay on island

An economical and convenient place to stay on island - close to Vineyard Haven and 20 min walk to downtown/ferry. Clean home with everything in working order. Limited beach supplies, but able to get by. Enjoyed the stay and as I have family on the island it’s an easy spot to rest and regroup. Thanks for a good stay.

Vineyard Wedding

My family stayed for four days to attend a wedding in Early September 2023. The house was nicely decorated, maintained and furnished. It was ample in size for the 6 of us and we had a great stay.

Great spot

The house is in a great location! While dated, it was still spacious and comfortable. We had all the essentials. While we were only two people, the house could easily accommodate 4-6. Bud was easily reachable and we felt right at home here. I strongly recommend!

Wonderful cottage close to town

Our family of four stayed at Mud Puddle cottage for two weeks and loved it. It was close enough to town to walk but far enough out that we had a spacious yard for our toddler to run around! The cottage itself was great - had everything we needed, was spacious and very well maintained. It also let in a great amount of natural light with the skylights and sliding doors. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Great location

The home has 2.5 baths, which was convenient for 4 adult women! The home was clean and stocked with all necessities. We had no concerns and didn’t have to reach out to anyone. Will stay here again in the future.

Long weekend with girlfriends.

Prompt reply to our concerns. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Maybe replace upstairs room fans. Overall a pleasant stay.

SISTER TRIP JUNE 2022

This was our first trip to Martha's Vineyard, and we all loved it! Very beautiful island, people very nice and helpful! This property was just what we three sisters needed - each had our own bedroom. It was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. I would suggest you take your own washcloths, as we only had ONE! We recommend the 3-hour MV tour - our guide - Phil - was very knowledegable and amusing! I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay on the island!

Cute and Comfortable Home

The big plus about this home is its proximity to the ferry landing. Without traffic on the main road, it was five minutes to the ferry. One could walk 15 min. to several cafes near the ferry landing. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. The host, upon request, provided us with towels and linens at no extra charge. We were very grateful for that since my friends and I were coming from different parts of the world.

About what you’d expect

House has everything you need but is a bit outdated and a far walk uphill from the ferry and Main St. That said, it would be difficult to find a bargain like this on the Vineyard. Definitely need a car. Bring your own soap and shampoo.

Fine Stay in Vineyard Haven

The house is in a decent location if you're looking to stay in Vineyard Haven (walk-able distance to downtown VH, but navigation of a highly trafficked intersection is required). It is set back off the road and secluded, with a nice yard. The house itself was fine; it could use some freshening up here and there, but has all the necessary amenities for a week's stay and was clean. Property manager was pleasant and "checking-in" and out was a breeze. The outdoor shower was a fun treat! We knew going into our stay that the house does not have A/C - but our stay also ended up being during a major heat wave. Without the usual island evening cool down, the house was pretty hot at all times - we brought along some extra fans (the house does have a few) which ended up coming in very handy.

Spacious house

The house was clean and well equipped. The amenities listed could be more specific. I brought several things that I didn't need to bring. Sheets, hairdryer etc. The road took some getting used to. The house is close to the main road so don't go too far. It is not hard to see the number on the fence. No where to turn around if you go too far. My main complaint was the refrigerator and some windows don't open. Overall a good experience.

Nice place to stay

Overall a nice place to stay. Mud Puddle Road is a little sketchy, but inside was nice, cozy, and very clean. Outside could use some TLC. The listing didn’t include providing bed sheets. I messaged twice and called once to confirm but never got a response. We brought some to be safe but they were provided. Should be included in listing as some other properties in the area specify bed. linens not provided. We’d stay there again without hesitation. Thanks for sharing your property. We had a great visit.

Great Stay

Had a wonderful trip to MV. The house was perfect for our group. Spacious! And had 3 bathrooms. We had everything we needed.thank you for a fantastic home base for our trip. Loved the outdoor shower and borrowed the beach chairs one day.

Great location and perfect for our family

Stayed here over a long weekend with my husband and our daughter as well as my sister, mother and another friend. We really enjoyed it! The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and we made us of the grill out back one night. It was close enough to the town that we could walk, but also well located to pick up a friend at the airport and it was an easy drive to Oak Bluff and nice beaches. The bike path was also very close by! It was quiet and convenient and we all said we would stay again another summer! Highly recommend!
