This charming 1-bedroom condo, located in a large condo community, boasts a large living room with a bright private patio right off the dining room, a galley, full-equipped kitchen, and a quick walk to the community pool, BBQ area, and a gorgeous scenic pond to read your favorite book by! Enjoy sunsets and cocktails on the back patio or take a short walk to Garnet Avenue to grab great eats and any goodies needed for your home away from home! This condo also has assigned parking for one car in an access-only gated garage, so parking is a breeze at the beach! No pets are allowed at this home. Shared laundry facilities available at this rental. All occupants must be 25 or older. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking. We do not accept American Express and Discover.
