Beautiful Townhome Near Olde Town Arvada! 3BR/4BA

Welcome to our home away from home that we’ve affectionately named “Mountain Abbey.” It’s our retreat for focused work projects, and a place to rest and reconnect with our local family and friends. It’s walking distance to the shops, eateries and meeting spaces of historic Olde Town Arvada, and offers fast access to the slopes or Red Rocks via I-70 or downtown Denver via light rail. The 3-level vertical construction make it an ideal space for a work or couples retreat, family vacation, friend meetup, or a mix of everything! All three bedrooms (one king, two queen beds) feature ensuite bathrooms and heavy shades/curtains for optimal privacy and quiet.

Our stay was absolutely amazing!The hosts were communicative throughout, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The townhome was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Anything we could possibly need was readily available.Since our son lives in Denver, we’ll definitely be returning—and we’re already looking forward to staying at this same place again, hopefully many more times in the future!

Perfection

My husband and cousins had an amazing stay. We were part of a larger group staying at a different VRBO so we had some downtime. I highly recommend this place. It felt like a luxury hotel and is in a very convenient location in Denver close to so many things. The owners went above and beyond to assist me with the stress of having 25 family members flying in for a 95th bday. We will stay here again our next trip to Denver with no hesitation.

Perfect stay!

Our stay exceeded my expectations. They mean it when they say they think of everything you might need. We loved having so much space. Everything was perfectly clean, beautiful, and well thought out. Communication was super quick and friendly! Location was nice. Highly recommend! Not one negative.

A beautiful stay!

Mountain Abbey is one of the nicest places we have ever rented. Immaculately clean and so stylish, Amazing, well-furnished kitchen. We all (6 adults) would choose this place every time. The host was an extremely responsive.

They thought of everything

This property is immaculate and furnished with everything you might need. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into the amenities with great pillows, comforters and the most comfortable blankets. They weren’t just checking a box when buying these items. The only small items I would say are that the property is on 3 levels with the kitchen on the 2nd level and 2 of 3 bedrooms including the master, on the top level. So if you have trouble with stairs, this property would be a challenge. Also, this is probably rarely an issue in Denver but it was in the 90s each day, which meant the upstairs bedrooms got hot during the day (even with great shades) and so they were still hot, even at bedtime. With all that said, I would not hesitate to rent this property again! The appointments and location fit our needs perfectly.

Arvada is a gem

We knew nothing about Arvada, we just needed a place to stay because we were in town for a concert at Red Rocks. Highy recommend this property; owner is very respnonsive, communicative, and easy to work with. The property is a short walk to Old Town Arvada which has tons of outstanding restaurants and places to hang out. It’s about a 20 minute drive to Red Rocks so a great place if you are in town for a show. Gorgeous new peoperty.

We recently got married and set up our household in the San Francisco Bay Area, and we have this place in Arvada to make it easy to visit Tim's family in the Denver area. We have set it up as the Airbnb we'd want to stay at if we were staying out of town, since we frequently do just that.
