Inga kostnader sparades i detta helrenoverade enda berättelse 2 bed 2 bad egendom. Vår 2: a hem ligger i en gated community på 12: e hålet på den berömda TPC Stadium Course; en av de 100 bästa golfbanorna i världen (Golf Magazine) och den 4: e tuffaste kursen i Amerika (Golf Digest).

Dessa lägenheter är en enda nivå 1330 kvm. Ft. Enhet med en öppen planlösning fullt uppdaterad med helt nya möbler och vitvaror. Ytterligare renoveringar inkluderar nya 12x24 kakel, infälld belysning, kvarts bänkskivor, lönn skåp, nya badrum fåfänglighet, dusch kakel. Allt är nytt!

Ditt fritidshus är också unik genom att den 6 bekvämt sover består av en Cal kung säng i varje sovrum samt en queen size minne skum bäddsoffa.

Matsalen har plats för sex. I vardagsrummet har välvt tak, en 50 "HD-platt-TV och hög hastighet Wi-Fi. Allt du behöver för att luta sig tillbaka och slappna av. Den nyligen ombyggda köket har gott om prep utrymme och är fullt utrustad för någon kock, inklusive en rostfri kyl / frys med filtrerat vatten och is dispenser, ugn, mikrovågsugn, gasspis, diskmaskin och kaffebryggare.

Det finns en uteplats som ligger utanför vardagsrummet med bord och 4 stolar för ditt morgonkaffe samt två stora fåtöljer att slappna av och titta på några golf.

Mästaren svit har en stor säng, rymliga badrum med soaker badkar, extra garderob för extra förvaring och nya dubbla handfat fåfänga. Det stora sovrummet har en egen uteplats, som är snyggt placerad på baksidan av hem med utsikt över den 12: e fairway på TPC Stadium Course.

Den 2: a sovrummet har också en kung säng med utsikt över gården. Den 2: a badrum är ansluten till gästrummet, men även nås via hallen. Det finns en stor garderob och en helt ny byrå ger gott om plats för en förlängd vistelse.

Great stay in La Quinta!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property during Stagecoach weekend! Very beautiful condo right on the golf course and very conveniently located to the concert and nearby restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Property-Exceeded Expectations

Perfect place for a golf get-away in lovely La Quinta. We fell in love with the area last year and this unit was perfect for a week of golf and sun. Very clean and airy with fantastic view of the action on the Stadium Course. Will book again for sure!

Amazing Stay in the Desert!

I stayed here with a few friends for a long weekend during Coachella. Not only was it very close to the festival grounds, it was a great property with comfortable beds, access to a community pool just a few houses down, and a beautiful view of a PGA West golf course. The hosts are very dedicated to making your stay as seamless as possible, responsive, and happy to help. Will definitely be booking with them again!

Excellent house for Coachella stay

Responsive host. Clean, spacious, comfortable home that is close to Coachella grounds. Well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of storage space. 2-car garage. Beautiful view of golf course from the house and backyard patio.

Tennis tourney get away

Ken and Meredeth's condo was the perfect option for an extended stay during the BNP Paribas tennis tournament. The unit was clean with all of the essentials. Everything was as described. We greatly appreciated Ken and Meredeth's communication prior to and during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Great property in PGA West

Super clean and comfortable property with east facing patio for lovely morning sun. Owner very responsive and easy to deal with. Well equipped with everything one would need. Would definitely stay here again .

Stadium course with a view

Our family had a great stay. The unit was very clean, the owner was very informative, check in was a breeze, the kitchen was well outfitted, the view from the patio was spectaculars, the pool was very close and an added plus was a lemon tree just off the patio.

Great stay in PGA West!

Family of four had a great day at this property. Communication with the host was excellent. Our family was very comfortable with two bedrooms and two king beds. The community is beautiful with several heated pools with hot tubs that we enjoyed daily. Fantastic patio with beautiful views of the golf course. Frequent hummingbird visitors! The place was well stocked and very clean. The only small hiccup was no smart TV for viewing our streaming services, but cable was available.

Holiday stay

Lovely accommodation. Very clean, nicely stocked in the kitchen from cookware, dishware and enough condiments to get you started. Much appreciated. Comfy bed and nice quality linens. Loved the fluffy towels! Owner very responsive. Again appreciate the quick responses. Would recommend and rebook this unit.

Lovely Golf Getaway

The condo was perfect for me and my husband, for a 6 day golf trip. Exactly as advertised. The sunrise view is amazing. We enjoyed the pool as well. Felt secure in the Stadium gated community. Ken was very responsive. Bed was comfortable, as were the couches. Would definitely stay again!

Simply the Best

Me and my husband, along with my elderly mother rented the condo over Thanksgiving week. What a pleasure it was to stay in a beautiful, well stocked, spotless condo, surrounded by the 13th hole on the patio side of the property. The complex is quiet and very well maintained, with flower beds full off blooming petunias and snap-dragons. Ken responded immediately to my questions, none having to do with the condo, since everything was perfect: soft sheets, comfortable beds, roomy showers, gorgeous, up-to-date kitchen with new appliances. They took the time to put together a reference book featuring local interests and eateries. We will definitely be staying there next time! Thank you Ken and Meredith.

Great House

The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was great that the house had a pull out bed as well to fit the 5th person that we had. The owner was very responsive and helped us with getting visitor to the house. The unit is located inside a gated community with security guards so it was safe. As expected with any golf community around there the gardeners starts their day pretty early so you might hear some lawn mowers going in the early morning but not a big deal.

Clean & Comfortable!

We really enjoyed our stay in Ken’s home on the Stadium Course. The unit was extremely clean, updated and very comfortable. It has all the essentials you need for either a short or extended stay. The patio gets warm sun most of the day and it’s just a few steps to the community pool. We hope to be back again.

My wife and I love the La Quinta area. The air is so clear and with the mountain views over plush green grass it is just a beautiful region. It's been a dream to own a home here on a golf course. This property with the open floor plan was a blank canvas as we replaced everything. We are so proud of our home away from home.

We fell in love with PGA West and the TPC Stadium course which was rated the 4th toughest course in America by Golf's Digest. I'm a 10 handicap so you can say I like a challenge.
