Ideal location for our golf vacation

This is a great property, with 2 master suites and plenty of room, a very well equipped kitchen and a view down the 4th fairway from the tee. We appreciated the homeowner's prompt response to our questions.

The condo on Pebble Beach was just what we expected! Great views of Stadium course, two pools within 2 minute walkCondo was very comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. Randy was prompt in responding to any of our questions.I would definitely stay again!

We had a great time. Perfect location. Loved watching the golfers tee off on the 4th hole of the Stadium Course. Would absolutely go back.

Comfortable and convenient

We had a great stay at the property. We were there for a long weekend and were very comfortable in the property. Everyone enjoyed being able to watch whatever they wanted in each room and the place had everything we needed.

As visitors from Honolulu, this home was the quintessential dessert oasis. Great location for getting around Coachella valley and going to Joshua Tree State Park. The home is big and cozy. Would definitely stay here again!!

Relaxation on golf course

Very nice house and responsive homeowner in Indio less than 4 miles from Polo Grounds. Beautiful view of part 3 hole and spacious accommodations.

Great Property / Beautiful Location

This was our second stay in this first-rate condo. Randy is so easy to work with. We had a great, relaxing vacation. The condo is clean, well stocked with everything you need. So nice to sit outside and enjoy the wonderful view. Highly recommend this property.

Fabulous place to stay

Very responsive owner. Everything needed at the rental. Very easy check in and out. Remember to give names of adult guests-I forgot and had to pester the owner unnecessarily but he was so accommodating and understanding.

Perfect Setup, Gracious Owner at PGA West

Randy REALLY knows what he's doing as the owner of a rental property, and cares a lot about making sure the condo is set up perfectly and the process is super smooth. We will definitely look to rent this property again!

Excellent Property!

Stayed here with a friend to golf and take in some tennis. The property was as advertised and, in some cases, exceeded expectations (e.g. kitchen had every tool we could want, and then some). Location was great for access to multiple golf courses and close to Indian Wells tennis complex (15 min drive). Randy was very responsive to any questions we had prior to arrival and check-in was smooth. Definitely recommend this property! Chris

February Break

We had a great experience and the property had everything we needed, clean and well furnished. The hot tub/pool was a very short walk and great to relax in after golf or hiking. The patio is right on the 4th tee of the stadium course and great to watch as golfers tried to hit the challenging par 3 green. Randy our host was helpful and very responsive to any question.

Great location and terrific host! Fixed AC problem in Master-bedroom without me even asking. Carpets need cleaning and the unit needs a new outside BBQ. We loved the eeek!

Another Day in Paradise

Exactly as described, well equipped with the essentials and more, a responsive and flexible host who ensured our stay went smoothly. Fantastic location with golf and hiking nearby, a pool within 50 feet and a backyard view that is gorgeous and often entertaining, very near the forth tee, a par three. Spacious and clean, easily sleeps six with lots of room to relax. I would highly recommend this location and host, you will not be disappointed.

A Golfing Paradise

Really enjoyed my stay. The house was clean, well decorated and in a great location for a golfer like me. There were only two minor problems: 1) the master bathroom toilet didn’t work because the chain disconnected and I couldn’t fix it and 2) there were lots of ants in the the kitchen and master bathroom that i did my best to get rid of. All in all, I enjoyed my week there and would do it again!

rented this superb home overlooking 4th (?) tee box and couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. Extremely clean, well appointed, very comfortable beds and bedding, spacious bathrooms. This was the easiest check in and check out procedure we have ever had! Appliances were great, and kitchen extremely well stocked. The owner was very easy to get ahold of, although it was not needed. Strongly recommend this home in a gorgeous area.
