Hi there! Thank you for considering our place for your stay.

This was our home and we had such fun and happy memories. We are grateful to be able to offer you so this can be your home away from home. Please no parties/events allowed.
The home features a sauna, hot tub, vinyl pool (4ft deep/ non-heated) that has a deck built around it.

The space

Home has 3 bedrooms with 2 kings, 1 queen bed, and 2 queen size floor mattresses. The sauna room is big enough for 2 air mattress (not provided) for extra guests. Each room can fit an extra queen air mattress (not provided).


**Listing is for 10 guests. If you plan to have additional guests (after 10 people it will be $15 each additional guest per day ) please don’t be afraid to ask/inform us and be accurate on the guest count to avoid last minute cancellation.

Anyone who enters the property other than reserved guests will be considered as additional guest even though they are not staying over. each night 12 guests are allowed to sleep over. We might be able to make some exceptions depending on the occasion so please let me know.

We do collect refundable security deposit. $400 for booking with 10 people or less. And $600 for booking with more than 10 people (must be sent through Ven Mo). This is to ensure that I’m not left with additional cleaning or damage. Your deposit will be refunded at the end of your booking by end of day if no damage or additional cleaning is required. Please make sure to leave things the way you found it. If you move anything please put it back to its original place. All trash must be taken out to the outside bin.

Check in is at 4pm.
Check out is 10am. (cleaner will come at 10:30am so please make sure you are ready before).

Please be mindful about the check-in and check-out time. That also means respect for the next guest as we are fully booked most of the time and we have a very small window for cleaner to get the house ready for the next guest.

Quiet hour starts at 10:30pm Friday-Saturday, and 9pm for the rest of the week. Noise level still has to be reasonable at other times.

Outside lights will be off automatically at 9pm for weekdays and 10:30pm for weekend. Turning the lights back on together with outside noise will cause additional charge of $200.
If neighbor complains about noise, I might have to turn off the lights outside sooner.

Single story home, located in a safe Culdesac, the house was newly built in 2010 and has 1850sqf of living space. Open floor plan with upgraded floor and spacious rooms. Each room can fit an extra air mattress and 2 air mattresses can be used in the sauna room for additional guests. Front yard can park 5-7 cars. Neighbor is safe and full with Hispanic culture like horse riding and authentic food stands at night.

Vinyl (NON HEATED) pool is 12ft x 24ft x 52in deep. This is great for kids and adult to just relax and enjoy the SoCal sun.

Please no hair dye or any coloring in the jacuzzi.
Pool man comes Tuesday and Friday in the morning or noon.

TVs can cast YouTube/Netflix from your phone.
Backyard is equipped with 100in pull down screen for outdoor movie. Just bring your own projector.

Outdoor propane pyramid heater is available. Just bring your own propane.

Smoking is only allowed outside. Please do not smoke in the garage. Please make sure to dispose your cigarette once done and please leave behind no ash. Deodarize yourself before going inside. Any cigarette/weed smell inside the home will cause additional charge.

Pet is allowed. We love pet!! But we also love our home. Please please please make sure they are potty trained or please make sure you take them out to the front yard to do their business often enough. Any incident may occur in additional charge.

We do have air freshener in the house. If you request, we can remove the oil warmer prior to your reservation.

Please check out on time because cleaner will be there to get the house ready for the next guests.

Please be accurate on the guest count or pet to avoid any unexpected cancellation. Uninformed guest will subject to additional charge.

There are ring security cameras in the front yard and garage. There is 1 camera located in the backyard but it is on the roof and pointing to the roof/sky for noise control purpose.

Umbrella has been removed because they were all damaged from using but not closing after used.
