Overall okay place for a few days. Be aware the place is not truly two bedrooms. The second bed is in the main/ common area, not a separate room. Didn’t make a difference for me and my husband but if you are planning on using the second bed it might. Also the place doesn’t have its own heat/cooling control. It is regulated by the host in the main house. Host was very nice but you would have to contact the host to make any adjustments. The place was comfortable and clean except of the carpet which had a lot of staining and probably need a deep clean. The view was very nice and the location is great.

This was not as advertised

My wife was so uncomfortable with the place that she went and got a hotel room. She felt the furniture was old and dirty. She did not stay to document with pictures. This was not a great experience for her.

Great stay and location

Great VRBO. Family of 4 (2 Adults) (2 children 6&7) Everyone loved his property. April (my sons wife) was so impressed with not only the indoor space, but also the gorgeous view!!! Will definitely rent again when needed.

4th of July Weekend

This was perfect for us two couples! Very clean, comfortable beds, couch has reclining chairs, nice size bathroom. A very safe and quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views! Nima is a wonderful host! He was always available, for any questions, at any time. We're musicians that performed at the "Freedom Fest" and "Friday Night Music Series" in Morgan Hill. We had the best time staying here. It was the perfect setting, for us to be able to rest and relax. I look forward to staying here again!

Close to quaint Morgan Holl

We needed to meet for personal business and had our Berniedoodle with us. Beds were comfortable, kitchen very small, good sized refrigerator, upscale neighborhood, carpets need cleaning. All in all it fit our needs.

It’s a little misleading since it says it’s a 2 bedroom house but it’s actually a studio and a bedroom. There’s no separate living room or kitchen. The place needs some work. The owner lives upstairs so that’s a plus if you need to contact him.

Little Slice of Heaven

I work in the area and this spot couldn't have been better!! Such a better option than grabbing a couple hotel rooms. Host is on point and shares his lower level so it has a private entrance so you have your own 2 bedroom suite, THE VIEW!!! I love this gem and will be renting monthly from Nima.
