The villa is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The view is spectacular. The beach is quiet and had very few other people on the area. We had a few questions for the owners and the reply was prompt. The kitchen was well equipped with all I needed to cook. My only suggestion for the owners would be to add window coverings on the large wall of glass doors in the living and dining areas.

Amazing house, pool and location. Very convenient to many nice restaurants and a quick drive to Georgetown. Definitely would reserve again. Highest recommendation!

The condo was well suited for our family of 5, with plenty of room to spare for sure. Just was it was described and posted. The hosts were terrific and very responsive to all my questions. Will definitely go back to the Bahamas and renting at this property.

Absolutely amazing location and condo! It was everything we could have hoped for and more, definitely would recommend to anyone coming to visit paradise in Exuma!

What a wonderful time in Exuma. The ‘Heaven on Earth’ house was amazing. Perfect for 3 couples, but would accommodate 2-4 children additionally. Very comfortable, beautiful pool, hot tub, and easy access to the beach! Thank you!

Beautiful house with all necessary amenities and a fabulous view with pool, hot tub and beach access.Only problem was the internet not being strong enough to run the TV channels to see the Olympics. Wouldn't normally watch TV on vacation so not so much of a problem.

This was our 5th vacation to the Bahamas and our 4th stay at this property. No need to look a further! The condo has everything you may need or want.

Perfect Villa for Family stay

Love this place and location. It is a quiet area with a beautiful beach front with pool and hot tub. It is near the airport but this is Exuma airport, never saw one plane flying over. It’s a small airport . Pamela was super responsive and have the most update to date information of activities you can do in Exuma. Definitely rent a car and explore, so many hidden gem beaches and local food!

Beautiful location

A beautiful complex and the host were very accommodating with an early checkin and later checkout. They answered all my concerns and questions. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. The bathrooms could use updating and there wasn’t quite enough seating in the living room to accommodate all of us comfortably. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

We had 3 couples sharing this condo. The bathroom upstairs (garden view) was listed as a shower and tub however there was not a shower mounted to be able to call it a shower. The downstairs bathroom flooded the floor each time the shower was used. The hot water was not turned on so we didn’t have hot water the entire trip. 6 adults had to share one shower in the master for the entire 8 day stay. The outdoor shower was not working as there was no water hooked up. There were no beach chairs available but many of the other units had them and their guests were generous enough to share so that we didn’t have to rent them. Having said all of that, the host did let us have a late check out. This is not a unit to rent if you have multiple adults unless you want to share a bathroom and rent beach chairs.

We're sorry that you had some unexpected issues that impacted your trip. About the garden room, it is clearly described in the VRBO website as follows, "The second upstairs bedroom boasts its own smaller balcony that sits nestled among the palms and foliage overlooking the grounds. There is a pedestal jetted tub with a hand-held shower wand..." The downstairs bathroom is also well described; "The bathroom is fully handicapped/wheelchair accessible including the (indoor) shower area." We are also not sure why you waited 7 days into your trip to inform us or our property manager about the hot water problem. In your message you said, "We saw Norm a lot this week but didn’t let him know about any of the issues." Regardless, we are glad we were able to immediately address your concerns once we were made aware of them, and hope that you had a wonderful time.

The villa was spacious, clean, comfortable, secure, and very well equipped for all of our needs. It has comfortable beds and was tastefully decorated as well. Very nice place to relax and share meals with amazing views!The photos of the outdoor area do not do it justice. The beach is absolutely stunning! The shades of blue over the ocean (sea?) are mesmerizing and the water crystal clear with a sandy bottom, making it very welcoming to swim in. It has sugary white sand that you can walk on for quite some ways. The pool is fantastic as well- heated and well maintained. It could use a few more loungers for when all of the units are full and everyone is at the pool, but that was rare on our visit.We saw much of the gorgeous island, and enjoyed our location at the villa the most. It is also very convenient to local grocery stores, which the hosts graciously shared about in the welcome email and other communications. Everything about it was simple and well communicated. Awesome hosts!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, well-appointed home in Mosstown, Exuma. The house had absolutely everything we needed for a fantastic vacation—whether cooking together in the spacious kitchen with its large center island, grilling outside, or gathering in the roomy living area. Each bedroom came with its own bathroom and private veranda, offering plenty of space and comfort for everyone.The outdoor spaces were just as impressive. We spent our days relaxing by the pool, enjoying the comfortable patio furniture, and taking in the breathtaking beach that truly felt like our own private paradise. The colors of the water—shifting from the lightest azure to deep blue—must be seen in person to be fully appreciated.It was also a great comfort knowing the on-site property manager was close by and ready to assist with anything we needed. Beyond the home, we explored local markets and restaurants, and rented a boat to visit nearby Stocking Island—an unforgettable highlight of our trip.This home truly enhanced our Exuma experience, and everyone in our group is already making plans to return next year. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and the most authentic Exuma experience imaginable!

This was a beautiful property, an absolute beautiful group of seven villas with a stunning view of the beach and crystal turquoise water. The pool was a hit with the group and sourround by a huge space to relax, lounge and mingle with friends and familyThe property is STEPS away from the beach. It was also a very quick drive from the airport to the villa, a short drive to Georgetown and within two of stores for essentials. We slao walked down the beach to Tims 2x, it was fabulous.Our hosts were wonderful, very responsive, and thought of everything guests would need or want for a vacation. The villa was stocked with "all the things", a spacious kitchen that had everything we could think of using, even two different coffee pots for the serious coffee drinkers. The master bedroom was huge! We loved the balcony. In my opinion, our villa had the BEST patio/outdoor furniture. Very comfy. The outdoor shower and grill were clean and ready to use. We met the cleaning staff and she was a delight! She answered all our questions and was very happy to show us where this or that was located. When we visit again, this will be our first choice! Thank you for the hospitality, what a fantastic place to stay for our first time. Thank you again!
