Check in and communications were great. Great location, and access to the resort amenities, golf, Lake Charlevoix, and surrounding towns.

Great place for fa family getaway

Great stay! The living room area isn’t quite set up for large families but plenty of seating for dining and sleeping. We had 8 people. Great location. Close to everything. Would absolutely recommend and come back.

Great location

Walking distance from both cross country skiing and ski lifts. We had 11 people and it was just the right size. Property contact was excellent to deal with.

Great place

This property is wonderful as is the location. We had issues getting into the unit that required maintenance to come. The owner resolved the issue quickly and responded to calls/texts. The property and surrounding area are beautiful. We would come again!

Boys ski trip

We had a great time. The condo is well kept and very nice. Communication is good. Overall we really enjoyed our time! It’s not really ski in/out but it was not too bad of a walk.

Perfect for family with a dog

We enjoyed our third year at this property and the location and comfort never disappoint. The condo was very tidy and clean. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for our family and dog. And property manager is always friendly and quick to help and respond. Looking forward to another visit!

Not very helpful

Property showed wear and tear. Shower door did not close properly. Lock failed to work. Owner repaired lock next day but lock failed to work at checkout. Unable to use shower without flooding floor. Owner’s personal came when repairing lock and told us to maneuver door. into place. Too hard used upstairs shower instead which did not drain properly. Moved stool upon arrival foot bar fell off. Owner is now stating we need to replace stool explained we did not break it. Owner also states front faux on drawer was loose. We did not notice that during our stay. Feel as if we were set up for charges. Also asked two questions. One if lift to sky bridge came with unit and how to access pool. Never received an answer. Luckily we were there for son’s wedding and had no time to use. Very non responsive. Except for unwarranted charges for repairs.

Could be better

The condo was okay. It needs some easy repairs to make it better. I was disappointed that in the bathroom off the entryway the shower door was unable to close completely. Each time I showered, I had to wipe the bathroom floor and bring the bathmat, which was soaked and dripping outside to dry. I did not expect to have to do this on my vacation. You could see that the door was installed upside down preventing it from ever closing completely. Other than that, the place was well stocked with trash bags, dishwashing soaps, etc

Boyne Condo

Perfect amount of space, more than enough beds and bathrooms for 2 families! Extremely convenient location to ski in/out & walk into the village if you prefer. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

Winter stay

The location of this property is great. Easy walk to the slopes. Plenty of room to accommodate our party of 7 Kitchen could use some additional items very sparse pots and pans. Few more wine glasses would be good. It also would have been nice if there was dish soap to wash items not going into the dishwasher.

Needs a little work

Not quite a ski-in ski-out, but a very short walk to the main green slope. In fairness to mgmt./ownership... we didn't call in the following complaints so they didn't have a chance to address the challenges. The upstairs sink and shower don't drain. We stood in a few inches of dirty water when showering and when brushing our teeth we had standing water in the sink. Only included two trash bags and a trace amount of dish soap for a party of 9 and 4 nights. Pots/pans were close to unusable, but we had no choice. The ceiling fan in the main room was in bad shape and unusable. Our only call to mgmt./ownership was our first-night b/c of internet instructions. Ownership called us back w/in 5 minutes and addressed the issue which was great! We've been to this same area @ Boyne 4-5 times and I would say this unit is a little below average and manageable, but w/ a minimal investment it would be a good unit. It was another successful trip to Boyne!
