Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The home accommodates up to 12 guests across 4 spacious bedrooms and additional sleeping options. The master suite features a king bed, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and bidet, Roku Smart TV, ceiling fan, and direct access to the pool and spa area. A second master ensuite also offers a king bed, Roku Smart TV, and ceiling fan. The third bedroom provides a queen bed, while the fourth includes a full-over-full bunk bed and Smart TV. For added flexibility, the family room is furnished with two queen memory foam sofa beds and a 65-inch Roku Smart TV. Extra pillows, blankets, room-darkening shades, and multiple clothing storage options are available throughout the home.

Step outside to your private pool and spa, open year-round and available with optional heating for an additional fee.
