Bute Arran erbjuder en privat miljö men ändå bara några minuter från den livliga turist byn Baddeck Cape Breton. Bute Arran stuga har nyligen avslutats erbjuder full hårt trägolv med sten skär, allt trä interiör med en sjal runt däck för morgonkaffe eller romantisk kväll tittar på solnedgången från sin egen privata badtunna. Ljust och luftigt stugan erbjuder AC, BOSE ljud, satellit-TV, High Speed WiFi.
Gasgrill och trä solstolar och box växter lägga till den stora däck för gäster njutning. Rostfria vitvaror, skinnsoffor och 50 tums platt skärm.

The stay was just perfect the house was in the perfect location. The view was amazing. Plenty of room.. short 4 min drive to town for amazing shops and food. Definitely made that portion of our trip memorable.. thanks John and familyAnd while in the area make sure to go have coffee and breakfast at High Wheeler cafe so worth the stop!! Best bagels ever!!!

Very nice open concept house. We arrived late the one night we stayed so we didn’t get to enjoy the view. But the house was clean and comfortable. My child loved the loft room!

Cute Cottage

Awesome location just minutes from town. Very clean and well kept cottage with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Hot tub was a treat. John went out of his way to help us out when we lost our camera! Thank you!!

The cottage was absolutely lovely! There was a minor hiccup with the dates but after staying a night at the Telegraph House - which was fantastic also! - the cottage was a wonderful home base for exploring the Cabot Trail. The hot tub definitely is a terrific addition!

Fabulous!

Wonderful cottage; spotless, comfortable. Everything was new; kitchen was very well equipped but we ate out. Lovely modern/clean bathroom. Beautiful location overlooking the lake. Quick 2 minute drive to town/restaurants/Bell museum. Perfect place to use as a home base to explore Cape Breton! Only cons: no washer/dryer in cottage. Bed pillows weren’t comfortable for us. Be sure to visit the High Wheeler roastery/cafe in town; terrific coffee and breakfast/lunch/sweets.

Mixed review

Host did not provide check in information until 10:30 am the day of check in despite numerous attempts to connect. VRBO was also not helpful in trying to connect with the host. No washer/dryer which would have been helpful on our travels, I should have checked for that. Please note this is a loft set up for second bedroom which gets very hot. The place is very expensive and overpriced for the place.

Beautiful new cottage in a great location and a hot tub

This is a great place to stop on a Cabot Trail road trip. The cottage was new, clean and had everything we needed including a hot tub to relax those muscles from a long day of hiking. We enjoyed our stay.

A perfect first on Baddeck Bay

This beautiful cottage exceeded our expectations and was the perfect location for two nights in the area. Star gazing in the hot tub, coffee on the deck to see the sunrise and we discovered that across the bay is Sydney where my grandfather called home for his first 7 years.

Cabot Trail Getaway

It was a great spot for our last night on the trail. Had a dip in the hot tub before heading in to town for dinner, then star gazed on the front deck afterwards.

Wonderful stay!

We had a delightful stay at Baddeck thanks to John's charming waterfront cottage. The cottage is a few minutes drive from the center of town and maintained very well. John was very helpful and gave all the information we needed to travel and dine around the place. Thanks John.

Baddeck Cottage

Beautiful clean, large, well appointed cottage overlooking Bras d’Or lake. It is well situated near local amenities. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Definitely would love the opportunity to visit again!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed the cottage! It had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and using the hot tub! Communication with the owner was great and we enjoyed talking with him. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful part of the world

Great location and excellent suggestions by John re restaurants, things to do and tips about the Cabot trail. We also enjoyed the ceilidh at the Gaelic college, another excellent recommendation by John. The hot tub on the deck was a pleasant bonus with a beautiful view.
