Denna vackra strand orienterad villa har just genomgått en fullständig invändig renovering. Nya golv och underbara nya badrum du måste se för att tro. Bara en 5-6 minuters promenad till den vackraste stranden på östkusten, har denna villa tillgång till stranden alla faciliteter du behöver för att tillbringa hela dagen sola i solen. Den stora skuggade gemensam pool ligger bara några steg från ytterdörren och har toaletter, med intilliggande picknickområde för familjen att njuta av. "Adventure Cove", en hälsosam barnunderhållning område, ligger en kort promenad bort.
Det finns också bra restauranger inom gångavstånd. Villan ligger mitt ö vid mil markör 6, så att ingenting på Hilton Head Island är mer än bara några minuter bort. Det är perfekt för två familjer eller en familj föra längs farföräldrar för en rolig familjesemester. En stor 3 sovrum fritidshus till ett rimligt pris.

Perfect spot for a family vacation

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The home was perfect for our family—comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials for meals in, and they had beach gear ready to go, which made our daily walks to the beach (just five minutes away!) super easy.Although it’s located in a popular area, the neighborhood had a relaxed, local vibe. We felt tucked away from the touristy bustle while still being close to everything. Highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful beach vacation without sacrificing convenience!

Clean, Safe Space

This is our second stay at this exact space. We were there a couple of years ago and enjoyed the access to the beach and the amenities and chose to stay there again. Very clean, quiet nice neighborhood.

Condo close to the beach!

This condo has been gorgeously decorated with beautiful hardwood floors and comfortable beds. We loved how close it was to the beach to the beach and enjoyed staying here as a family. Thank you so much for having twin beds so the kids didn't fight about who kicked who in the night!

Comfortable and Clean

We are a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) and this property was a great fit for us. We loved the fact that the beach was only 3 to 4 blocks away - a very easy walk on the walking trail. Plus beach chairs, toys, towels and umbrellas were provided by the home owner.

Great spto

We enjoyed this apartment a lot. It was very close to the beach, which was perfect for walking or biking back and forth. The kitchen was small, but well-appointed. The beds were a bit on the softer side for me, but still comfortable. The en suit bathroom is tiny, but functional. My only issue with the apartment was that the dining room table was oddly shaped so you couldn't really sit 6 people at even spacing because the legs of the table were in the way - minor, but slightly annoying to have to sit on the corners! Lovely hang out space for the family. We had an issue with the water heater leaking and the manager was there right away to fix it, which was great. He was very responsive and helpful!

Clean and convenient

Our second year staying in the property which is clean, organized and convenient walk to the beach while being close to golf courses and restaurants. Door code wasn’t activated when we arrived, but property manager was available on call to take care of right away. Property manager Kevin is great and attentive if anything is needed. The owner communicates through the process and makes you feel welcome. I do recommend bringing some beach gear as access to on site beach gear is ok at best.

With Folly Field Beach less than a 10 minute walk away, the location is perfect. Beautiful, welcoming beach decor. Despite dozens of other condos right there, the privacy is more than adequate. Amenities and furniture are well taken care of and comfortable. Property management is easy to contact and very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Nice place, extra charges

The property was very nice, but please be aware that the price is effectively a bit higher than listed because the owner requires either an expensive insurance policy or a huge deposit. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. There were tons of nice bath and beach towels, blankets, pillows, toilet paper, plastic bags, and basic kitchen items. Comfortable beds. Good communication from the owner. The heat works well and there is plenty of ventilation since its an end unit and has an extra sliding door. Good lighting everywhere and the wifi worked fine. The kitchen only had teflon pots and pans, which is pretty standard, so if you don't like teflon, I would bring a few pots and pans to use. The beach chairs and umbrellas weren't all in great shape, but we did use the beach cart. Short walk to the public access to the beach and showers to wash off as you leave the beach. Close to parks and restaurants and mini-golf. I have bad allergies to pets, smoke, mold, and fragrances, and sometimes have a hard time in rentals, but this one was pretty good that way, as well. We stayed in the winter and the heat worked well, and the neighborhood was pretty quiet even on New Year's Eve. The bike trail is very close and very nice.

Great Location

Great location being only two blocks away from the beach and plenty of beach parking nearby. It's nicely decorated. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Have many beach stuff and toys available as well, but we didn't use them. Nice to have a TV in every bedroom also. Overall it was clean, but it was dusty in some places (nightstands, lampshades, tops of some furniture). I would rent from them again. Thank you for a great vacation at HHI!

Family vacay

The property was just as pictured. Beds were comfy , condo was nice, clean and a short walk to the beach! Convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and shops. We arrived earlier than expected and the property manager was so nice to let us in early. We enjoyed the patio in the evening and the pool and beach during the day with my grandsons. We will definitely come back!
