Welcome to your perfect vacation retreat! Located in the golf community of Bear Trap Dunes, this home is nestled off the golf greens, this 3-bedroom condo, with a cozy loft, is designed for your comfort.
A spacious living room, which invites relaxation with its sectional sofa with a sofa bed and TV, seamlessly flowing into the dining area and kitchen breakfast bar. Work space is available in the unit as well, for those working remotely. Enjoy home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen or savor your morning coffee on the screened-in porch or open deck, both offering stunning views of the serene golf greens.
Down the hall is the owner's suite which boasts a luxurious king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the 3rd bedroom which is located in the open loft space features a bunk bed and trundle, a TV, and a full bathroom.
Our condo ensures a peaceful and quiet getaway. Embrace the tranquility and comfort that await you in this idyllic vacation rental. Book your stay now for a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation!
The Bear Trap Dunes community is filled with excellent amenities that guests may use after purchasing passes. These amenities include outdoor and indoor pools, hot tub, sauna, indoor showers adjacent to pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, ping pong, and a well-appointed fitness center. Also available is an onsite restaurant, The Den, and 2 playgrounds. This home is just minutes from downtown Bethany Beach and Boardwalk, with shops and great restaurants! Rounds of golf may be purchased through the Bear Trap Dunes Pro Shop (driving range and putting greens also available) and to access amenities, renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. These passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion (located inside Bear Trap Dunes) during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass.
Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.
**To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.**
