Beautiful townhhome, walking distance to BOA Stadium. We were for there for the WVU vs UVA game. The neighborhood was great. Tons of things to do. Our host was great with communication and making sure we were all set. Go Mountaineers!

Our family of 6 had a great stay at Lauren’s VRBO. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived and the condition of everything was terrific. The home was walkable to tons of restaurants and other destinations our family enjoyed. During downtime, there was plenty of space to relax at the house. The area around the house is busy with nightlife during the weekends, but at no point was it an issue for our family. We loved the morning walks to grab smoothies and coffee. Thank you!

Great location to stay! We walked to dinner and it was very nice! Beds are super comfortable! It does have a busy nightlife surrounding so plan accordingly if you have to wake up early or prefer to stay in!

Great Stay in SouthEnd

The townhouse and property manager were great Good communication, perfect location close to bars, restaurants and shopping The only drawback was the noise on Saturday night from the March Madness revealers at 2am. Will visit again

Property was very comfortable for 6 of us to spend time together. It was super clean and Lauren was easy to work with.

Bowl Game

We came for the Duke’s Mayo bowl at the Bank of America stadium. The location was perfect! We could walk to restaurants as well as the stadium. The set up was great for us with two very large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Lauren even purchased a pack and play for our granddaughter to sleep in! Lauren was very attentive and answered all our questions promptly. I’d recommend this place to anyone attending a game at the stadium.

Wonderful location!!!

We spent a long weekend here with our two littles (2 & 3) and my parents. We loved the area, lots of bars, restaurants and breweries to walk to. The area is busy on the weekends, especially at night. So, if you like to sleep in dead silence or are a light sleeper, you may want to look in a different area of town. Sound machines are provided which was awesome. The master (king) bed was so comfortable. It was not a cheap mattress you usually find in short term rentals. The house is setup very nicely, but there are lots of stairs so just be mindful if you have little ones. There are separate thermostats on each floor which provided us control to set our room to a comfortable temperature. Communication with the host was quick and very accommodating. This will definitely be a rental we will return to!

Very great spot for family of 4 (2 college aged kids). We all had our own space and walkable to many restaurants, bars & shopping. Great location!!Similar posts mention the loud nightlife & that is true. If you are a light sleeper consider that but was not an issue for our family.Host was very responsive!
