* Du kommer inte vilja bo någon annanstans och sedan måste åka bil på natten, även på små avstånd, eftersom du hamnar i en lägenhet i en liten mycket lugn närliggande gata eller på andra mycket tyst sida av Isla Verde ( bredvid Ritz och Courtyard Marriott). Endast condos på Isla Verde Ave. som är nära interkontinentala och El San Juan Hotel är de som du kan verkligen gå till / från när som helst på dagen och natten, även med små barn. Detta område i Isla Verde Ave har massor av ljus på natten, säkerhet och turister gå runt hela tiden, men vår lägenhet är mycket tyst, du kommer inte höra någon gata buller.

Vacation getaway

Perfect location. Just steps away from the beach. Close to restaurants, shopping, & bars. Room was clean and cozy perfect for 2 people. Washer and dryer in the unit as well which was a nice plus. Would definitely stay here again. Owner responds quickly to any questions as well.

Winter getaway

Property was great. Just as pictures show on site. Antonio very quickly answered any question or concerns. Pool was clean and refreshing. Beach is clean and has plenty of space. Great time.

Beautiful stay.

We have been to Isla Verde before, but this time around the experience was exponentially better. A beautiful one-bedroom apartment with a nice view of the ooceanoceanoceanofocean.

This place is perfect for a short or long stay. Mr. Quiros responds to any of your questions or concerns quickly. The building staff and security team are amazing. Easy access to the beach, bus stop, and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery store and coffee. Our experience with Antonio was quick and we had everything we needed in the apartment. Thank you for hosting us.

Perfect location

This place was just perfect for us. So easily accessible to the beaches, and an Uber ride away from anything that wasn’t walking distance. It was nice that enterprise was just down the street for us to rent a car a few days into the trip. We loved that this place felt more like a “home”/apt, with all of the needed kitchen utensils, washer/dryer, etc. The layout made it feel spacious, as opposed to it feeling too much like a hotel room. It was also nice having the large balcony with view to the ocean.

Perfect stay

I couldn't have picked a better place!! Pool and beach are literally an elevator ride away, many restaurants walking distance, the check in was easy. Condo was just perfect! My flight was super early so we arrived early, and Antonio was nice enough to let us check in early!! Thanks Antonio Would definitely go back and rent from him again!!

Beachfront property with instagram views all around, studio but it’s worth it. One bed, bathroom , towels included, fast communication from Antonio and he extended our welcome past this trip, will be coming back! Don’t think twice 🌟

Room with a view??

Location was excellent! Plenty of places to eat within a few minutes walking distance as well as grocery and convenience store. Had a little bit of an issue with the condo itself. The unit we had initially rented was not the one we stayed in. When I got the check-in instructions a few days before arrival I realized the unit number was #911 and not the unit I had rented online. When I asked Antonio if the pictures online were the same, he said I would “not be disappointed” and that this unit had a washer and dryer as well where the other one did not. The condo was clean and had plenty of cooking implements (some pans were warped) and spices etc for cooking but could use small updates/repairs here and there. The biggest thing we had an issue with was the view off the balcony. While it did have a partial ocean view most of it was looking at the top of the building next-door. I messaged Antonio about it to see if there was anything he could do (he told me he had four units in the complex) but never got a response and when I went back to check, my message had disappeared. Overall, we had a great trip. The beach was great. Water was great. People were great. Food was great, but if you want a room with a view, this is probably not the one for you.

Prime location!

My fiancé and I enjoyed the place. It is next to several places to eat and drink. The beach is literally right behind the property and the pool is nice too if you don’t feel like getting your feet dirty. Old San Juan is a 10$ Uber away and any of the tours will pick you up from the El San Juan hotel which is .2 away from the property. The place looks a little more dated in person but everything worked well. Tony was very communicative and I had no issues checking in or finding the place because of him. If you are looking for something to wow somebody this may not be the place… find a hotel. But if you are looking for a place to sleep and shower while you explore Puerto Rico you can’t go wrong here.

Close to the beach & 2 beautiful views!

Tony was great! Any questions we had he was very prompt! Quick walk to the beach. Huge pool but not a lot of chairs. A few things to keep in mind as this room wasn’t stocked like most VRBO’s are. *We were supplied with only 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towel *There are no washcloths, hand towels or dish rags/towels Otherwise the stay was great! Balcony was a great size! Walking distance to so much! CVS across the st! Check out Beach Breeze next to this condo! It’s pretty much the only bar on the beach. There are a few other across from the beach as well. Beach was awesome and one of the best on the Island!

The location was great, room was very comfortable. Water pressure in shower could be stronger. Everything else was great, owner let us check out late due to our late flight, very accommodating!

Great communication and convenient location

Antonio was quick to respond and great to work with. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The property is secure. Don’t stay at the beach after dark, you’ll get locked out! Haha but can walk around and security will allow you in.

Ocean View and Beach Access!!

The host was amazing! The room was located perfectly with a great view of the beach. Private beach access with fob. Pool was being maintained, so unfortunately not available for us, but for your stay it should be ready. Great restaurants and shops walking distance. Very safe area too. CVS, Walgreens and many other convenient store feet away. AC in room was excellent. Security gated with private parking space. Great beach gear like chairs, coolers and towels. A must stay!!!

Overall very pleased

Started out a little questionable when we got there the bed was a little dirty however the host had no way of knowing as he was in Columbia and it was probably just an oversight the host responded quickly and had his maid there first thing in the morning the staff was amaizing very friendly and the location couldn't have been better everything from the check in to the comfort was perfect I'd definitely suggest using him and I plan to again thanks for everything tony

I love Puerto Rico this is where my roots are. Fun in the sun and less expensive than other Caribbean hot spots.
I live in New York but I travel to Puerto Rico frequently. That is why I bought a place of my own. Hope you enjoy my place as much as i do. My place is newly renovated, modern, cozy, clean, and quiet. Perfect place to come home to after a night of partying or sightseeing.

In my opinion, this location is the best complex in the area. You are safe and secure in this condominium complex with gated 24 hr security. The complex is well maintained and it is right on the beach. Location is 10 minutes from the airport and it is located in the heart of San Juan. Right next to the well renowned San Juan Hotel and Casino. The amenities of this complex makes this location a great stay.
