This property is conveniently close to several parks for serene walks or picnics and less than six miles from Lake Acworth for boating and phenomenal fishing!

Inside, this home boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances for easy meal prep as well as a convenient kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Dine indoors at the adjacent table or head outdoors, fire up your gas grill, and indulge in a warm weather cookout on the deck overlooking the yard.

After meals or exciting days of adventure, settle into the matching sofas in the main living area and stream all your favorite TV channels into the evening.

This home also includes central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer to let you pack light for your trip.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
