Denna vackra lägenhet har allt du behöver för en rolig semester på stranden!
De tre sovrummen är mycket rymliga. Med en stor befälhavare och Jack and Jill gäst sovrum utanför en central hall, är layouten perfekt för en familj eller tre par. Denna lägenhet är utrustad med nästan allt du behöver. Fullt utrustat kök, platt-TV i alla sovrum och hölje / vardagsrum. Veranda utanför den har en gunga och är väldigt avkopplande. Denna enhet finns i en av fem separata byggnader och detta
byggnaden ligger närmast stranden. Med avsedd strandåtkomst går du tvärs över gatan på en strandpromenad och det handlar om en två minuters promenad till de vackraste vita stränderna i USA !! Du kommer inte bli besviken !!

Ladies' Week at the beach.

This was such a lovely condo for a girls' week at the beach. The property was clean, the kitchen was well appointed, and it was a pleasant surprise to find boogie boards in a closet. My mom really enjoyed sitting on the porch and watxhing the turtles in the pond. The sunsets were spectacular! And the walk to the beach was ridiculously easy, could not have been better for being across the street.

Great stay in Orange Beach

We had a great time at this property. It was very clean and we had plenty of space. We loved the large balcony and we enjoyed watching the turtles and alligator in the pond.

Weekend getaway

The condo was very spacious! Getting to the beach was easy. The location of the condo was close to so many fun things to do. The property manager was wonderful. He responded to emails quickly and was very helpful!!

Orange Beach Family Vacation

The property was very nice. The location was great, and we had a wonderful time. We were slightly disappointed to see that there wasn’t a hot tub or spa on property as listed, but that didn’t put a damper on our stay at all. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Family Vacation to Orange Beach

Great location, convenient to everything. My son loved fishing off the gazebo and getting to see an alligator. The condo was very comfortable and roomy for our party of 6. The kids loved the pool and short walk to the beach.

Very spacious and great location

Our family of 4 (2 teenagers) had a great stay here. Lots of room to spread out, very clean, had everything we needed. Loved the ease of getting right in with the code, without having to check in anywhere. The walk to the beach was quick and easy; it’s across a major road but the traffic light comes on as soon as you push the button and you don’t wait long. The pool was nice as well. Would definitely recommend!

Good Stay

It was a good atay for us, roomy condo. But next time we will remember to pack extra toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, erc. As none or little was provided. But overall a good stay!

Great location!

The location was great for us, not directly on the beach but the crosswalk right at the entrance makes it super easy to cross the road and then it’s a short walk to the beach. The condo was just what we needed to relax in at night. We didn’t have any problems while we were there. Thanks!

Perfect for our needs

The large unit worked great for the 6 of us, two adult couples and 2 kids. Location was very convenient and access to the beach was as easy as it could be for not being physically on the beach. Stephen was super responsive and a great host!

Everything was great, except upon our arrival around 4:20 P.M. The unit wasn't totally ready. The cleaning staff was still there cleaning up. I believe it took them until between 5 and 5:30 to finish. But we happily waited and started bringing some of our things up anyway.

Great Location, Very Spacious and Clean

Booked this property last minute for a baseball tournament. Property was very clean and had all necessary amenities. The only concern was with the flushing system on the en suite bathroom. Mechanism was broke and not working properly. Had to lift up back of toilet every time and manually lift the chain. Contacted management about it and they sent someone out 2 days later. Fix was still insufficient, but funtional. Other than that, property and stay met expectations.

Excellent

Memories were made in this condo. We had age ranges from 2-12. Roku TVs in all rooms with Disney+, Netflix, etc. For “chilling out nights.” Easy walk to the beach. Kids loved the pool and the walk to the gazebo to watch for turtles and alligators. Room was fully equipped with all utensils, blankets, anything you’d need. Stephen was an awesome contact! We will be watching closely for an opening for this rental, again!

Fun in the Sun Weekend Getaway

Awesome weekend with the kiddos on the beach. The owner called to check on us on the way down which I think was really thoughtful. Unit was the best for beach access. We had everything we needed for comfort...even a few extras like boogy boards and sand pail for the beach. Unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The turtles in the lake and the fish were a plus too. Beds were all comfy. Linens were luxurious and I personally loved the selection of cooking pans. The kids and i appreciate the netflix selection too👌 We will be coming back and recommending this unit to our family and friends. It's the perfect beach home away from home. 😍

Nice Beach Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean, and the host was super responsive to any questions we had or small issues that came up. This unit is on the second floor of a three story building, so there is a unit above this one. We could hear the family above us walking around, but that is to be expected and not in the host’s control. Just something to be aware of though. We weren’t really sure which gate was ours for beach access once we crossed the street, so that might be a small suggestion to the host to leave instructions for that. Someone outside from a different set of condos showed us where to go. We really liked the condo a lot, and the beach was great. Water was perfect!

Orange Beach Condo

The property was easy to access but did not seem like it had been cleaned/dusted recently. Furniture was not really comfortable for sitting or sleeping. Top sheet on king bed was sideways and stained. Both tub drains were very slow. We had most everything we needed for cooking but no kitchen towels were provided. Getting to the beach was a challenge but it was nice once you got there. The very busy highway was not something we expected and it was pretty noisy with that and construction in the area. The birds, turtles, and swampy sanctuary was nice to enjoy from the deck but all the road noise was a distraction. We could hear everything the upstairs neighbors were doing a luckily they typically did not make too much noise in the morning.

We chose this condo because it is ideally situated in the complex with close proximity to the deeded access of Orange Beach. It is close to everything that Orange Beach has to offer. There are lots of restaurants nearby ( a great one in our parking lot) with outlet malls, fishing, golf, tennis, sailing, parasailing, beach activities, music, water sports and fun, fun, fun!!!
